I love my 350. My son just dropped his first deer with it this morning!

My savage 110 in 350, shoots about 1.5 to 1 moa. The one buck i shot with the deer season xp, dropped like a rock. I double lunged him at about 80 yards. It was like he was hit with a bus.

You will love it! Get a CMMG mag to go with it

350 mags are not any longer internally than a 5.56. The ribs in the front of the mag are greatly reduced. The fatter rounds of the legend are pushed to the side by the ribs and hang up going into the chamber. The single or double feed ramp isn't as much of a problem as the side deflection

When looking at ARs in 350 Legend, you might look at the feed ramps. They come in two versions, enlarged m4 feed ramps, and a single feed ramp. I would recommend the single ramp. They seem to be less ammo picky. Also, another thing to look at is the thread pitch, if getting a threaded barrel. You will want 5/8"x24 threads by choice. Oddly and stupidly, some makers are running a 1/2'x28 thread, leaving the threaded end with a very thin wall. 1/2"x28 is good for tiny bore like 223, but even when you bump of to 30 cals, they use 5/8''x24, so why on earth they use 1/2'x28 of the upped bore size on 350s in the industry is beyond me. Just think about that also, if suppressing and the heat, and maybe where you would see more issues. BCA does it right on thread pitch, so does Anderson. Most guys like using the duramag magazines which is also c-products brand more reliably. Some mags wont run. The thread pitch on Ruger Americans is 1/2"x28 sadly. CVA and Win XPR rifles are 5/8"x24.

Do the bca barrels have the single feed ramp?

@@texaspatriot9159 All current made BCA are supposed to be. Also Hitman industries is, and if you get one from 2A tactical, request that that modify it before it ships, and they will do a single for free. I think they just grind and polish it to a single. Anderson is doing one now, and its not the single, but its better priced. I may give one a try sometime to test, but its the enlarged M4 style.

@Hill_Billy_Without_A_Hill I've been eyeing the anderson upper because it looks alot nicer than the bca but it's not cmmg expensive, you end up getting any hands on time with one?

I dont think the Anderson is bad. I havent got their factory built, but have built with their barrel. It is M4 style feed ramps not single ramp. No jams when tested. One thing I did notice, if building, is their dimple for gas block seems a tad off, leaving a canted gas block, so if do get one factory built, look and see if your gas block is straight. I've had 4 barrels in my hand from Anderson do this, so clearly dimple isnt dead center with gas port. I dont think it is enough to cause issues, depending on the build your doing. If using a pick railed gas block, it will be pretty noticeable on the cant, as it sits higher and the planes wont be true with receiver. One way to remedy is a clamp on block vs a set screw block.@@jaseswinconos
