If I were moving to Bangkok I would love to live there. And the rent converted to US dollars is less than what some people here in San Francisco pay for a studio apartment.

BKK is not the place to retire just visit. I found some deals at Pattya $500-600 smaler but close to beach and views with a better over all feel huge pools .
That is very nice. Very modern, while looking comfortable and extremely functional. If I bought a condo in Bangkok, I would be quite happy if it was at this level. Too rich for my blood, but I love seeing the tour!
Having "No TV" is likely not a problem for most people who have tablets, laptops or computers. I myself stream "everything" these days on my computer monitors. TH-cam, Netflix, disney+, paramount, prime, amcplus. Excellent facilities, and beautiful views, its a great bachelor pad. I agree with you, Jeroen
Hi Jeroen, I didn't watch the video yet but I noticed a telescope in that condo?! Really? With the light pollution in Bangkok I doubt that telescope is used to observe the sky... LOL
Wow, expensive! Here in North Thailand you can rent a 5 bedroom villa with swimming pool and enormous garden for that money.
Nice place, but very expensive for Thailand, even Bangkok, $600 USD or maybe $700 USD is normal for a new luxury building

Wow the floor plan is very well designed. Love that when you enter the room you just fon’t see the kitchen at the entrance as ordinary condos.
I give thumbs up to the video, but the small apartment... not even space for a tv and you call it a perfect home for a bachelor...
Not every bachelor off course Jonas. There is a market for everybody. I never watch TV, so it would be perfect for me. Its all subjective.
