I love Wise. It is so useful. The one thing that I wish I could do with it that I can’t currently, would be to deposit foreign checks. I have a US business that will only pay me by check. New Zealand banks won’t accept checks, so it would make things much easier if I could deposit a US check into my Wise account.
Just got my card and I had to pay $14 for it, off to Oz soon

Is it cheaper to preload destination currency onto the card, instead of tapping with home currency ?
Assuming interest rates are unchanged it shouldn’t make a difference. Hope this helps!
