I'm not usually one to comment on YT videos, but I felt the need to comment on this one. This has been, by far, one of the most inspirational entrepreneurship video I have ever watched, and that is because it's so realistic and doable. I'm on the same journey Marc has been in. Trying to create a software people will like and making money off of it. As you may have guessed, I have yet to succeed. At times, it makes me question my path; it makes me question whether those successful people have a secret ingredient they're not sharing. However, these days I've learned better. I've learned that consistency and effort is what matters. This video confirms my beliefs. It brings me so much hope and relief to see someone who has once been in the same place as me succeed. Thank you so much for this video!
I don't know but this video is very timely. It reignited something within me that I put on the sideline for a long time. Somehow it reminded me a part of me that seek to solve problems by incorporating creative ideas. Like you I will be back and this time will make it work. Everytime someone likes this comment I will go back here to remind myself to keep pushing. One step at a time. No matter how small you need to get started 🔥 Thanks mate! ☝️
Crazy this involved no courses or scamming people for $997/month. Instantly will be subscribing to Marc Lou and will be following your content my guy! This is honestly what people need to really hear and really want you to keep pursuing your passions and dreams. I feel like I'm lost occasionally, but this gives me a fire to keep developing my skills and refine them while building a business that not only eases pain for myself but for others as well.

Incredible. I started watching Marc two days ago. I started watching Starter Story yesterday, and now this video appears in my homepage. What a coincidence. Love you both.
He's very inspiring. I love his story. I know his feeling. I had a few failed businesses. I finally got it together. Now, my stepson is running it. He'll come to me and his father when he needs advice. This young man has sparked an idea for me. I'm so happy for him.
is not about having a good idea, having ideas is easy and trivial. The important thing is how clever can you be to come up with a quick, cheap and easy way to test it.
The key to his success is that girl that's always by his side - chasing ambitious dreams and passions is always easier with someone like that by your side. I made my first $1000 being in business for myself this month. Not a pressure washing business, or a digital marketing agency... Selling rocks I'd mined myself on facebook marketplace. No idea where this is headed, but it's a super cool feeling.

Excellent video! I think we often tend to focus TOO MUCH on solving a new problem whereas what's actually needed is to re-engineer existing solutions and to make the ones out there MORE convenient.
My story feels similar. I started my first business at 18, and it went well. However, coming from the south of Brazil, I eventually found myself in France during covid, now with 33 years of experience in the IT field job. Currently, I feel the need to create something that can truly change people's lives with desire, but self doubts and lack of inspiration. But I often struggle with how to grow those ideas into something impactful because I don't have the same mindset I once had Before. I even start a new idea after just a few months I tend to quit. It seems like people on the internet are the ones who find happiness, financial freedom, and a sense of fulfillment by contributing to the global community seems crazy not be happy with the good life that all people in many countries dream to have.
Watched this video for the 2nd time now, this is very inspiring! Marc's story hit me so hard, having failed so many times and I recently got terminated from my job. He inspired me to keep on trying and never give up. Hope one day I'll have a story to share here in this platform as well! God bless you both!

Wow what a story man this guy never gave up and at the end he cracked the code with such an unusual business idea that was essentially created out of his struggles. Great story Mark you're an inspiration

Marc’s journey is beyond inspiring-proof that with the right mindset, anyone can rise from humble beginnings to extraordinary success. My only question is who was supporting Mark? I mean - while he was building company - he states he's doing 1000 / mo., but he was at the same time able to afford living in Bali, flying back to France, get married on a nice wedding? Don't get me wrong - I sympathize a lot and also - I relate quite a bit, but it feels like part of the story and supporters is missing here. Much like CEO of big companies (I recently read a post) will proclaim they are on top of it, they work 9 to 5, then they take the dog for a walk, have 3 children, etc. But will not mention who is taking care of the children, laundry, homework, sick kids, etc. It just adds too much of expectations if half of the story is missing.
Yes. Lots of stories like these tend to skip the 'privilege' parts that come with it. Either Marc's parents or partner must have been the main supporter all those years but hey, it wouldn't make a cool story.
Probably his girlfriend. It’s also important to note that he was living abroad. $1,000 US dollars goes a lot more in other countries than it does in the states. I’m willing to bet Bali is pretty cheap compared to the U.S where a 1K a month is nothing.
Thank you for this inspiring sharing - watching Marc's story made me realised that I am not alone and I am not done yet too. Will keep on going and see how things pan out.
