I also found this incomplete. The hearing aides have a button used for sound up and down, not off. From looking at another video I think I have to put them in the charging station to turn them off. But, I don't know if they are supposed to be off before you push the pairing button, or have to be on when you push it, and then put back in the charger - but then there is no way of knowing how long they have to be in there to be off. I get the green light on and the yellow light on constantly, and no sound though the hearing aides. I have tried every combo I can think of, and no luck.
The other thing not covered is where you plug in the device if you have a cable tv box, ie to the cable box or to the tv. It would be nice to have a more complete description, I have read the instructions and there are things about channels and this and that which make no sense whatsoever.
It doesn't help much to go back to your hearing aide pro because they aren't in your living room with your tv gear.

They don’t mention that after you pair the hearing aides, you go to the Jabra Enhance app and there will be a streamer 1, streamer 2 and streamer 3. When you touch streamer 1 it connects.

I recently had to do this and the information is incomplete. To start with do you have the tv on or off after cables are connected? After pushing the pairing button do you have the hearing aid battery doors open or closed? When you hold down the top button what if your button is a toggle button? How do you hold that down, front or back of button. And how long do you have to hold the button down to complete the transaction? I spent so long trying all the configurations until I finally got it but it was very difficult and discouraging. The hearing aid person didn't know how to do it, so I was on my own. And support by phone impossible to reach.

I found another video, from the same company that designed this TV Streamer.
Here is the link to it on TH-cam. th-cam.com/video/y2gqp8HT85o/w-d-xo.html

I cannot understand why Jabra would sell a product with instructions that make no sense. I called Jabra and the rep didn't know how. Tech support sent me an email and even those instructions were missing key points.
If you have the rechareables here is what tech support sent me.
Turn off your hearing aids by placing them in the charging case.
Plug the T.V Streamer into the outlet on the wall; this should produce a solid green light letting you know that the T.V Streamer is on.
Next, choose which audio cable that you will use to connect the T.V Streamer to the T.V. (NOTE: If you have a cable box, you may also connect the T.V Streamer directly to the cable box)
The TOSLINK (digital audio) cable is the black cable with a single prong on both sides. This will plug into the back of the T.V Streamer and the T.V. It does not matter which end goes into the T.V, they are the same.
OR, the RCA cables. The red and white audio cables plug into the back of the T.V, while the black end, with a single wire, plugs into the back of the T.V Streamer.
Once you choose, plug your audio cable into the T.V Streamer and the back of the T.V (or cable box) and turn on your T.V. This should produce a solid yellow light on the T.V Streamer. (If the light is not solid, it means that the T.V Streamer is not getting any audio. Please, make sure that the cables are securely plugged in and/or plugged into the correct ports.)
Once you have the solid green and yellow lights, press the button on the back of the T.V Streamer (do not hold it down). The yellow light will begin to blink for 20 seconds. During these 20 seconds, turn on your hearing aids again by removing them from the charging case. When they turn on, while close to the T.V Streamer, they will automatically connect!
Your T.V Streamer is now connected to your hearing aids! To begin streaming, go to the Jabra App and navigate to the new T.V Streamer program that should now be in your app. When you go to the T.V Streamer program, it will automatically begin streaming, if you are within range. To stop streaming, simply navigate away from the T.V Streamer program.
2 things they missed. You need to go into your TV settings and change the audio out.
The tech added the TV streamer to the app ( I don't know how or where to find it to control the Streamer) It was 3 days of frustration, but in the end I finally got them working and it is a game changer.

Hello @user-jl6lj4hb4r - We apologize if you thought our instructions were incomplete. While we can fully support the Jabra TV Streamer product, we do not support individual televisions. Settings vary depending on television manufacturer and model. We are happy to know that you were able to resolve the matter and can now enjoy your TV Streamer. Contact our team if you have any other concerns. Thank you.

I'll probably be getting the Jabra Select Enhance Select 300 hearing aids next month (January, 2024), along with the Streamer.
We have an LG OLED 55" C7P (2018) TV. We have connected to the HDMI ports the following: A Roku, a Sony sound bar (to HDMI-Arc), the cable box, and a Blu Ray player.
All we need to do is connect the TOSlink digital audio cable to the streamer and to the TV, correct?

Hello@@brianboucher4248 - Congrats on your upcoming purchase of Jabra Enhance Select 300 hearing aids! Given the TV setup you describe, you'll need a sound splitter to connect the Streamer and the Soundbar to your TV. no, i'm already here asking for help. we're just going to return it. i already don't like that the basic headsets of yours we have at work "cost" $500. the least you can do is answer my question here. lord knows we've given your company enough money. you are an example of what is wrong with audio companies. way overcharging, for re-packaged tech, that at best works just like it used to. in this case, you removed buttons, "tried to make it simpler", but made it worse.@@Jabra
