    The question from Dwight and the reply to it were essential to getting my wife's gear working. Thank you.

    How the #$@& do you post a video for hearing impaired individuals without sound????? ReSound is the worst at customer service. They NEVER update the iPhone app, even though it has numerous flaws.

    Does anyone run into the issue, where it will pair for a brief moment and then drop off. I am trying to connect using channel 3 when this issue occurs.

    Our Streamer is a model SAS- it works great except for Netflix. The sound guality cuts in and out. How can I correct this problem. It's very annoying. Thank you.

    If you're not going to have sound or closed caption then at least list the directions in the notes. So hard to understand without the words.

    Incomplete instructions as well. You have to turn off the hearing aids THEN push the sync button on the streamer THEN turn on the hearing aids while the yellow light is flashing.

    How do I pair LINX Quattro hearing aids that don't have a battery door?

    • @JimLewis2
      @JimLewis2 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      When you are ready to pair the TV streamer, put the Quattro's in the charger case near the streamer. Press the pairing button on the TV streamer the appropriate number off times for the channel you want to pair to (1, 2, or 3, I already had a Multi Mic on channel 1 so I pushed 2x to get channel 2. Gently pull both Quattro's out of their charging slots (hold them or put them down on a surface carefully). If pairing is successful, the blinking yellow status light on the streamer will turn solid yellow for a bit. If you swipe through the program ribbon at the top of the Smart 3D app, you should see the icon for the TV streamer has been added to the list of programs. If you are not actively streaming anything, the app focus will not stay with the TV streamer program but will jump back to your default listening program (All-Around for me). Once you start output from your TV or other device to the TV streamer, you can retain focus on the TV streamer program in the Smart 3D app, adjust base, treble, streaming volume vs. surroundings volume (external HA mics), etc. Works great even with the analog RCA cables used to output from the TV Audio Out.

      @@bruceulch9583 been using phonak hearing aids for 4 years with the phonak TV streamer and compilot 2. Down side of the streamer and phonaks I have is the hearing aids do not have bluetooth and so you need to hang a compilot 2 around your neck. The compilot 2 only connect to 2 devices simultaneously which sucks as I use 2 mobiles phones, a house phone and a works laptop plus private PC

    no sound on video, plus our tv runs through my stereo for surround sound how do i connect this to the receiver, you know because this isn't the 60's people use surround sound and stuff and this video is rather vague.

    • @ellenpowell7976
      @ellenpowell7976 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I wish someone would answer this question. Our TV is sound is also ran through a stereo receiver and I can't get any sound. The newer TV's don't have place for either optical cord outlet or certainly no place for plug in audio outlets. So frustrating!

    • @TimFMich

      I have surround sound and had to buy a HDMI to HDMI + Optical splitter and feed the optical sound into the resound. The configured the yamaha receiver (which does the surround sound) to also send the audio out through the HDMI. Once that was done, it worked!!!

    Its unfortunate there is no sound, voice over or captions. Some people (often those helping someone who is hearing impaired) can hear and this picture-only animation only makes it harder to understand and help.
