    Man, I left carb and sugar from my diet, all I eat is Ghee, eggs and butter, lots of veggies and moderate amount of protein...I got healthier and my cholesterol levels is absolutely perfect!! So what you are saying I cannot disagree more!!

    Sirr my grandfather used to take desi ghee, he told me that in his youth he used to drink around 300grams of desi ghee in the morning, even in his old age he used to take desi ghee almost daily, full fat milk and curd was always in his diet, he died two years before and his age was 93, he never suffered from heart desease,

    I consume min 100 ml of ghee a day. Absolutely no harm. My grandfather had lot of ghee and he lived till age 96, no hairloss, no spectacles , no teeth loss. Power of desi ghee.

After eight weeks, their serum cholesterol levels were reduced, and the scientists concluded that ghee affects cholesterol metabolism.

    I don't agree completely. It gives you energy and best healthy fat and good for your joints as well. Any thing excess consuming will harm your body. A spoonful of ghee is healthy. Eat fat and burn fat in healthy way.

    In India Desi Ghee has been used for thousand of years...In Ayurveda it has described the benefits of Desi Ghee especially of our indigenous desi cow ...Desi Ghee is so beneficial that if any one suggest to avoid Desi Ghee it is better to avoid that person .

      I guess you are right. I am no expert, but whatever I have heard about Desi ghee so far in my life has been mostly positive. Even Jeet Selal, who is another bodybuilder, recommends Desi ghee.

      Bhai paanch ungli same nahni hote. Even Akshya Kumar is so fit. He eats only desi. No protein shakes right.
      Even American has so many obese population.
      Just you can't say everything in India is wrong. Thoda aurved ka bhi knowledge hona chahiye. It's not about only muscles. Internally you should be healthy.

    भाई आपकी जानकारी अच्छी लगी। मेने बहुत से यूट्यूब वीडियो देखें पर एक बात का जवाब अभी तक नही मिला वो ये है कि हमारे कस्बे में एक gym है। हम सभी गाँव के लड़के ही जाते है वहा। हमको diet और प्रोटीन की a b c d भी नही पता है। सुबह नाश्ते में आधा लीटर दूध उसके बाद भोजन में 6-7 रोटी सब्ज़ी या दाल के साथ फिर दोपहर में दही के साथ एक दो रोटी और फिर शाम को 6-7 रोटी और सोने से पहले आधा लीटर दूध यही डाइट है हमारी। इस डाइट के साथ भी हमारे ग्रुप के 4 बंदे ऐसे जिनकी बॉडी काफी अच्छी है मतलब की आंकड़ो में देखो तो बाइसेप की साइज 16 इंच चेस्ट 43 और कमर 32 है। कोई fat नही बॉडी में।
    अब मुझे ये समझ मे नही आता इन सब यूट्यूब वीडियो को देख के की रोटी क्यो नही खानी चाहिए।
    जिन भाइयो ने कमेंट किया है उन्होंने भी अपने आस पास देखे होंगे रोटी खाने वाले बंदे जिनकी बॉडी अच्छी और फिट होगी।

    sir main daily 50 grams ghee kha leta hu...1 din me 10 roti ghee laga ke ...daal me alag se daal ke khata hu..doodh me 1 spoon daal ke..but still I am fit and only 70 kg height 5.10 feet

      I run around 5km 5 days in a week, apart from ghee I stop my other sources of saturated fat like junk foods and non veg.

    Desi Ghee made from desi cows in India using traditional method of making ghee from Curd is perfectly safe. Latest studies have shown Desi ghee is very safe and in-fact it helps in cutting fat. Ignore the products sold in market.

    People in cities mostly avoid ghee n about all the heart disease cases are from cities... People in villages consume not just a spoon but more like a full cup of pure ghee in the entire day n 1 in a million will suffer from heart disease... How will u explain that?

      I literally drink coconut oil and add alot of ghee because saturated fats don't have free bonds to catch oxygen that means it can't be oxydised oxydation is the same process of rusting...so saturated fats are wayyy better than Mufas(monounsaturated faty acids) and Pufas(polyunsaturated faty acids)

    i luv desi ghee. I have 1 spoon everyday. I am working out and maintaining a healthy diet and have lost around 8 kg in 3months without starving myself n switching to healthy lifestyle despite the fact that I eat 1tsp everyday. ghee is good for fat loss too.
    PS: try having ghar ka bana hua ghee.

    Sir for your kind information just go through recent studies at Harvard Medical School and AIIMS about Ghee; I'm sure that will wipe out all your misconception-full knowledge. All saturated fats are not bad for health especially if those are Short-Chain Saturated Fats; which rather help to cut down your cholesterol level and Ghee is full of that. So you also start eating Ghee.

    2 year back my cholesterol levels was 220 , started consuming 2-3 spoons ghee daily since last one year, now my cholesterol levels reduced to 188.
    I don't think we should blame Desi ghee.

    I don't consume oil. I only consume Desi ghee. Half teaspoon a day. That is the measurement I maintain. It worked wonder for my skin. If you maintain a healthy and simple home cooked diet then ghee is a better option than oil. But you have to maintain the portion.

    I am following ur shreded next level program and today i have consumed 1 spoon of desi ghee but i ma very rigid in diet my whole day diet is good i sometimes used low fat milk otherwise i donot. Today i made tea with low fat milk added bit shakar and made a whole egg in bit oliveoil.. is it good it happens usualy after a weak but i have consumed deai ghee after 5 to 6 months probably ..???

    Dara Singh, gamma pehlwan all old legend people used to drink milk, ghee, and meat. They had good healthy physice. Desi ghee, milk, whole grains, almonds,nuts, whole eggs are good in long run.

    That was very good and knowledgeable information about Desi ghee. being Punjabi we use it a lot but from now on we better stop it and start eating more nuts and seeds.

    Saturated fat in ghee is not like saturated fat of red meat
    Google me shallow study karke ye video banaata hai aur kisi type ka cutting drug use karta hai ye...total natural ki body itani fluctuate nahi hoti jitani isaki hoti hai...saala fraud
