Women on dating apps are swiping right on about 5% of profiles, and men on roughly 60%. So really it's these 5% that are not committing, not serious etc. 95% of men are ignored. I would assume the same is happening on social media - women ignore / ghost 95% of the men, and get ghosted / ignored / pumped and dumped by the top 5%.

The only scenario in which "Men do not put in any effort", "Men only want to hook up", "Men are OK with the woman talking to other men" makes any sense is the - unfortunately typical - case in which women date out of their league (or if they are in the top 10% themselves: dating only those men who only want to hook up). Women can limit their dates to the top 10% of men but it is quite dumb to expect a relationship as outcome. "Protection" as in "He has to prove himself" (does she have to, too?) sounds quite funny as it probably means that men are expected to pay for even more dates.
thanks for saving me the time typing it out. Many of these complaints women have are because of overextending beyond men that will wife them. Women en mass have fun zoned themselves by not perusing realistic relationships with men that want them. Find someone you personally connect with and have common values because if you think you are so amazing you can lock down a hottie, you would have already done so by now. Then the rest of us "Normal" guys have to play by twice as many rules for the same perks, we are not blind

IMO the ability to create connection is a key responsibility of women in a traditional relationship and something we need more of

Approaching in real life comes with the risk of being labeled "creepy, weird, inappropriate, etc." or the woman will say that he's bothering her or some other thing to demonize the guy and frame the situation as if he's doing something wrong. Which can easily get him kicked out of the venue, group, lose his job, etc. Most guys would rather not deal with all that. And we have the data from dating apps now to show that she's most likely not interested anyways. If real life was so much better, guys would be approaching women all the time and there would be practically no market for dating apps. They wouldn't be the multimillion dollar industry that they currently are.
Independent and successful women Struggle so much to find compatible matches. the problem is that they have developed a level of individual worth that they can't see the value a man brings aside from saving money on home maintenance. The culture present in today's society does not value relationships. People are no longer settling and it's easier to be alone. That is the truth of the matter. Modern popular culture is diametrically opposed to relationships. We all follow the culture to some extant, unless you make a conscious decision to rebel from it.
So what advice do you give to men when 75-80% of divorces are filed by women? Does that mean that 75-80% of men are bad or at fault for failure in they're marriages? Because the message being sent by this is the majority of men are bad! What would you tell men that have lost they're kids, homes, with these kind of statistics? What would you tell men when the courts favor the woman in regards to they're kids and homes? What would you tell men when they're wives make more money than they do? What would you tell men that are married for 25+ years and the women decides to end the marriage? What would to tell a man that has been married 5 times and believes in marriage that one died and 4 filed for divorce? I've seen the studies in US universities and the UK that have found the divorce rate has climbed to a rate of women choosing to work? Was it really necessary for the woman to enter the work force to help provide the needs of a family? What do you tell the man that raised 4 kids on his own, home schooled his kids, run his own business on one income? What do you tell the men that don't want to date for marriage because of the divorce rate? They're are so many good men out there that provide well for they're families, are a good Dad and a good father and the wives decide they want to end the marriage?
