Nice video. I just got my lagun mount today

Since I sleep on the puzzle bed every night, this would make it so much easier to put it up and take it down. Thank you!

Yes. My wife does too, she can make up the puzzle bed in less than 2 minutes.

@@kconatymd And not strain her back trying to lift up and swivel down that heavy dining table! My husband is 6'2" and has no trouble reaching over and doing that. I am 5'4" and the angle is just awkward dealing with that table. So I try to leave it for him to do, but sometimes I have to.
I removed that bolster/headrest that remains on the wall when you take the cushions down. If you want to prop up pillows and sit up, it can be in the way of your head. It's screwed in from the rear and not easy to do - my husband had to cut off the screws flush with the wall. Then we found that it's instrumental in keeping that back cushion in place (!), so I'm going to put it back up with Velcro so it can be removed when I want.

Great mod and video! Interested in your table top dimensions and also the details for your installation of the T-channel underneath. Thanks!

Very nice work! A few questions: 1) Are the T-hinges used to move the table in and out? You did not show this in the videos (could you provide a link if you liked them?). 2) I didn’t quite understand how the struts were linked to the wall and the floor? I know you can’t take it apart, but could you provide a simple drawing? 3) Are you happy with the floor connectors? How thick do they need to be keep the base from moving? 4) what material did you use to cover the plywood? I’d like to use something that’s is pet friendly. Thank you in advance and again, nice job. I love the idea of not removing the table.

Getting ready to perform this mod to my Travato. When you built the pod for the table mount, did you have to peel back the tan van wall to access the metal pieces?

Yes, but I suppose that you could drill into the metal braces right thru the plastic and fasten with large sheet metal screws.

How sturdy is it. The table looks like it shakes a lot

      Sturdier than original configuration

Awesome job and design. I’m looking to do this same thing. Any chance you can share the dimensions of all plywood sections and table top? Did you make the table top or order it as is? TIA
