Plus size girl here . I’ve been doing this 4 times a week for the last month and I actually did every single move without modifying and I want to cry !. I feel so much stronger through the movements . This plus yoga and weight lifting I think I’ll see results in the next 6 months . Taking a vow to not give up on my self .
I love the mini stretches as we transition into the next workout. It somehow makes the pilates work feel deeper and makes me feel more connected with my body. As always, amazing workout. What a great way to start my birthday!

Normally when I see a 30-min vid as opposed to 15 I think "oh there will just be more warm-up, cueing, and breaks." LOL! not so this time! You were right that you went quick. I love how FULL and JUICY this workout was!
I liked this one. I'm still doing beginners but I'm also implementing some intermediate work outs, barre and weight lifting. I'm getting there and making progress. Thx my girl!

My body started giving out towards the end which is ironic because I thought 30min wouldn't be enough ! Love your workouts, I'm definitely going to look into your plan 😄
Wow that was insane!!! I can barely type my arms are shaking so bad! Thanks for the great workout. I have never been able to do that last move at the end (reverse plank?) and today I was able to do it!
