    Hi Raven! I was wondering if you would consider making an “hip friendly” video where you “take care” of the hips? I’ve got my 4th hip surgery a while ago and I’m still in a lot of pain and I’m not able to do a lot of Pilates where I have to move my legs laying on the mat etc :(

      I am requesting the same thing please! I am trying to avoiding hip replacement and ablation procedure (where they cut your sacral nerves) to reduce the chronic pain. I just had my second nerve block and it is a temporary fix. I would like to strengthen my hip and gluteal muscles. It is very difficult to find workouts that are hip friendly. I use to run, kickbox, weight lift. Now I have to be careful how I get out of bed!

      I have a hip issue as well. I've done some research on best stretches & Excerises for hip pain. I ordered a hip brace from Amazon, and all of this has helped tremendously.🙏🏿❤️ ​@lionesspride5758

    I’ve been having random tailbone pain for like 4 days, and activating my deep core with this actually helped improve the pain. the human body is INSANE, thanks for the workout! ❤️‍🔥

    I'm 26 and have had 3 major back injuries in my life. Fortunately, I've always been able to heal them with physical therapy (and really hard work). I'm having a teeny tiny flare of lower back pain right now and decided to try this for core strength and stretching, and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you for making pilates more accessible, I will definitely be returning to this video and would love more like it ❤

    I love this video: this mental connection to the deep abs help a lot with other videos. I go back to this one as a refresher every now and then, and then take this awareness to all my other workouts to get a proper connection to the core. I pull up the pelvic floor with every ab contraction too.

    It's amazing how when you say "you are litterally finished" sounds so cool beacause I feel like I could do a hundred more of these - until te next morning when I'm like on FIRE !! So nice to have a workout that I'm so excited about and that I can easily do. Thank you so much Raven

    Thank you so much for this routine. Just getting back into self-care after struggling to manage my fibromyalgia. I've put on weight, especially around my stomach so my back has been an extra pain. Today, it felt good. Thank you for that. Please do more videos like this one.

    Raven, I just wanted to say I think you are amazing and very funny! Your humour makes the workouts so much more enjoyable and I found this one to be really beneficial to my recovery from spinal surgery. I’m almost ten weeks on from my second surgery but only found your channel about six weeks ago. I love your workouts and I feel they are really helping to strengthen my core and nip in my waist. Please don’t stop. Oh and any chance of a stability ball workout for beginners? The one for hips would be fab too 😊

    Thanks for doing this. I got sick and I lost my muscle mass. I'm so weak even walking is hard. I do agree that keeping the back on the mat is key because no one's body is completely balanced, so when we're weak all those imbalances come out and one side takes over when we stand. Thank you again. I have the old Winsor Pilates tape that I have been considering starting to do maybe 2 or 3 times a week. This might be better.

    This one I love bc of the leg stretches and the small lifts on all fours. Those were amazing this morning!! Also, my core has gotten so toned from repeating Day 1 of your core series and the resistance bands workouts with your mom. My favs so far! Thank you, Raven ❤

    Hi Raven! I only feel my neck exerting a lot of stress when I do move such as the ones from 14:00 to 15:30. My neck feels so tired and my core doesn’t feel anything at all. Is there something I can do to fix this?

      I’m 6 months postpartum so maybe different than newly postpartum but I found this to be a perfect workout! It incorporates a lot of the same elements as my pelvic pt exercises I did during and immediately after pregnancy
