I’m trying to do Pilates after a long time but meanwhile I was working with weights and cardio. But I was able to do the whole thing and my posture and movement has definitely improved! Pilates + cardio or strength or walking = best body of your life!

Please can you do a video explaining what Pilates does and what exercises you should pair with it for different goals (weights, running etc) ? I’ve been using Pilates to tone up and loose weight but I think I need to be doing extra to see more results :) plz help xxx

Beginners to me = easy 🤷🏾♀️ This was not that! 🤣 That was extremely hard for me as a beginner but I stuck with it! Even though everything in me wanted to quit 10 mins in 😮💨😅 I feel accomplished & I plan to do a nice walk sometime today. The move at 21:07 hurts the hip that is on the mat, like I’m pushing on my hipbone too much when I move my leg :( anyone know why? Is my mat too thin? Am I doing it wrong? I have wide hips so this type of exercise is often so uncomfortable

Right! I’m a new plant mom also 🪴 I have 3 plants as of now since the beginning of the year. I had 4 but my cactus died 😔 I love cactus plants but I think I keep over watering them. Smh! I’m going to get a new one & try again 🤞🏾
