Did this to my Honda 90 -- straight piped it. Sounds just like yours. Brutal! Getting looks from the babes; as well as a surprising number of dudes. Feels good to be a member of the exhaust community. see all y'all on the road
I was thinking of doing this. Of course I am going to get headers. But, I want to do everything 1 at time. Figured I would start there and the PAIR valve. '23 GSX S1000 Naked. Thanks for the proper video.
Cool video man, gonna try this on my ‘21 ZX6R while I save up for my full exhaust. I might make a before and after video as well. Happy that it doesn’t affect tuning to any noticeable amount.
Does the flap inside automatically sit in the open position when the servo is disconnected? I am doing this to mine today and was just unsure. Great video. Thanks
I just disconnected the exup valve cables, it seems that is it always open now because of a spring. Did you find out if it is open when disconnected. I didn't take of my end can to check... but it gives more noise, so i think it's open 😅
Zander13; The new microphone sounds great . You do get some wind noise at higher speeds but your voice still comes through just fine. Bike sounds great looks like a Butt load of fun . When will you be going back to the track ? Soon I hope. Be careful out riding Brother.
At 5:20 you drove through that oil. Avoid those leak spots when you can. I just done the delete in mine. I’m waiting on my servo buddy. It didn’t make a big difference on my gixxer. I did feel some snappier throttle responses and more low end power gains.
Did you wire the stock exhaust butterfly valve to remain open or does it just stay open all the time no? Have you had it dyno’d afterwards to compare to a stock (pre-servo delete) bike regarding the back pressure loss and if it really matters? I wouldnt think youd actually notice except for maybe in stop-n-go city traffic
Kinda makes me wanna buy another bike haha I had a 2015 Yamaha R3, super fun bike and looked like an R1. I drove my buddies R6 and I couldn't believe just how fast it was! Insane! haha
Thx for this super video . I have the same bike and I wonder what are the disadvantages of remove the servo ? If is possible can you mention about a bit?
Hello brother . Just found your video and m not sure you will reply to this or not but i had a question . Can i use this servo eliminator with my stock cbr600rr just for some more exhaust sound without tuning the bike or doing anything extra at all ? Will it hamper the bike in any ways? Pls do reply . Looking forward to it. Exhaust is stock .
@@Zander13Productions thank you soo much for your reply . I am humbled . So basically it has no effect on the engine of the bike ? I was looking a way out to increase the stock exhaust sound as its illegal here to change exhaust . There is no tuning available here so i have no other option than this . Thank you soo much
@@Zander13Productions thank you my brother . One last question is it is necessary to buy the servo eliminator from woodcraft specifically or other companies will do as well ?
Highly influenced by your video I ordered servo buddy and eliminated the servo motor in my 2018 cbr 1000 rr, I must say it sounds so much better than the stock, wondering whether I should remove the baffles from the stock exhaust can coz the spring might get rusted or damaged always being in open position? I appreciate if anyone would share info on whether servo deletion would harm the exhaust valves or engine in any way since I find that the exhaust is free flow in comparison. I plan to run my bike on stock exhaust for a while . Thank you !!
I keep getting a check engine idk for what exactly but I noticed when it comes on when I take off from a stop the exhaust sounds like shit and it goes away after driving I have a 2018 CBr1000 ... you think it got something to do with this mod
It’s to deaden some of the snappy sounds in the low rpm ranges. Some people think it’s for back pressure but it is not. It opens up when after 6000 rpm anyway so if it was fir back pressure it would stay closed all the time. It’s simply a silencer for cruising slow.
Finally someone who knows how to properly show and film a mod.
Absolutely 💯
Zander13 do o need this with a full exhaust?
@@ibraheem6079 of course

The audio is great and clear, keeping in mind that you are on a motorcycle. Nice bike!

Gonna do this to my gsxs1000gt hopefully get some deeper notes and a little bit of roll off the gas burbling

I'm looking for before and after on a zx6r videos :(

Cool vid! Sounds pretty good! Your audio sounded great as well. It got a little choppy at undisclosed higher speed 😂😂
Sounded amazing!!!! I really miss my bike bro.

The new r1 is insane. I almost got it instead but CBR was a tad more daily driver friendly
Is this same set up for 15 (16 plate) and is it worth putting on with aftermarket exhaust
Nice, whats the phone app for db noise measure?
Thx for this super video . I have the same bike and I wonder what are the disadvantages of remove the servo ?
If is possible can you mention about a bit?
I have experienced only positive results with this. It sounds so much better and no loss of power I can feel
@@Zander13Productions So Im gonna remove it immediately :D thx alot
Hasan Bahar very welcome
Do you get rough idle since there's no back pressure on low rpm
Yes
It needs a tune
Love the bike content brother... now go get rid of those chicken strips !!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I'd say either an SC Project or Toce for the best sound. M4 shorty is pretty good as well
Dd sounds amazing
💪🔥
So I'm assuming the valve defaults to open?
Yes
If anyone is thinking of doing this remove the butterfly valve because when the cables are disconnected it remains closed!
How do you do this

Yes. That’s exactly what I did
It might slightly effect torque but not by much. I had no issues

Not sure. Maybe it came loose??
If I just unplug the cables
From the motor by the exhaust will that mean it stays open? Thanks
I think you might get a check engine light
But I’m not sure
Race StangMode in the quarter mile with the bike !!!
j swan fuck stang mode he’s a bitch

$8 bucks 😞
❤️👍❤️👍...
No more performance? So sad.
Also it's only louder under 6500rpm. Above that it's all the same....
