O have the CBR 1000RR 2018 and i think to put a toce exhaust, not full system justo the exhaust. My quuestion is: what else i need to put the exhaust, power commander or Servo eliminator? Helo me please, i live in Colombia and i have to buy the things in USA and the delivery is in 15 or 20 days
How do you get rid of the FI light? I installed a servo buddy and the light is now stuck on doesnt blink like it did before i installed the servo buddy? Any help is appreciated.
Hi bro My bike has dynojet instaled and still got the servo and when i start the bike makes an strange noise there's some repercution if i take off from the bike ?
i did a gear indicator on my 07 cbr 600rr, i go through setup, blinks L... then 1 n 2 n 3 n 4 n 5 n 6...o meaning completed...then thats it. it wont shift back down like to 5 4 3 2 ext. i turn the bike off, back on and just get -- the neutral line. any ideas?
also ive reset it, key on off 6 times, relearned it. and it does the exact same thing it goes through the learn mode. .. and then just stays at 6 once completed. wont go back down. then bike off -- line
If you unplug the servo and don't get the plug and play unit then you will have an FI light which will put the bike into LIMP mode which will cause loss of power..
dude.. I just got a Yoshi full system so I was removing my servo as well and I broke the servo cover just like you did.. I'm assuming it broke because the plastic was freezing cold. It cost me $60 CAD for a replacement! where did you find one for $14 😂
The flash can do things the PCV cannot. Such as: remove factory restrictions, improve throttle response, raise idle rpms, fan kicks in at a earlier temp, etc.. Made a huge difference on my R6, I still got a PCV when I did my exhaust but I'd say the flash is definitely worth it. Check out BAUCE racing ecu flashes if you want more info.
ThaPersianOne Thanks i'll look into it. I don't think my CBR (2008) has any such restrictions. The PCV should be able to improve the throttle response. Raising the idle and changing fan, etc. is very useful, not sure if I'd need it though. I'll check it out anyway :)
I'm not sure, I only did this after replacing the full exhaust. It shouldn't throw a code though, you must have a problem with the servo buddy. Try pluggin the servo motor back in and see if the code clears. If it does then you have a faulty servo buddy.
My servo takes up no room cause it’s mounted under chassis in front of rear shock. And who cares about 1/2 pound of weight? It’s not worth the trouble to remove. Just disconnect cables and roll ...
bigwillchill so there's unrestricted flow of exhaust gases. he changed his whole exhaust system so that's why he removed it. because the pressure will be different from stock. at least that's what I understand, best to ask others :)
People like to remove them but I don't think it's worth it (for a street bike). The servo provides more back pressure at lower RPM's that results in higher cylinder pressure which equals more torque and throttle response at lower RPM's. Part of reason the 600RR has more low end grunt then other 600's in the class. If you want to go faster get a liter bike : )
cant wait to see it runing with all these mods.
Great video..I've been book marking all these videos..can't wait to see it on the dyno.
Thanks! I have a playlist I am making for all of these videos as well. th-cam.com/play/PLbekYZiYN3VvyAc6ixwnUC_TBJfIa7Qg3.html
10:4 thanks bud. It's a really good series. Now all I have to do is get the money for the parts & go by your videos.Great stuff!
Good video dude I really enjoy your content and I'm glad your channel has grown so much.
Thanks brotha! :-)

Excellent tutorial. You have the perfect amount of light in your shots. Are you using an led panel?
Thank you! I'm actually not sure, I used just some flood lights my dad had in the garage.
what about the actual butterfly in the pipe?
How do you get rid of the FI light? I installed a servo buddy and the light is now stuck on doesnt blink like it did before i installed the servo buddy? Any help is appreciated.
I think every single person with an 07+ 600rr has broken their servo motor cover at some point in their lives lol
So fucking true
I just did today!!
What does a servo do?
It basically controls the exhaust opening size by throttling the opening.
It`s there for reason, but nobody cares....
So I just put a taco slip-on. I have the serve buddy. So how do I connect it under the seat?
Where did order the cover u broke..? What site..?
Where did you buy that cover ? My mate broke mine aswell taking it off..
did your FI light come on any time after you installed it
Thanks for coming by my channel! I got you subbed up! Great walk-through!
:-) Thanks man! I'll sub you back
Do i need a survo buddy for just adding a slip on? Or is it more for full systems?

So what if you don't get that little box? Just a light or something more serious?

@@HeroRR I'm sorry what does these serve do? What's its fusion on the bike? The oem servo.

ebay lol
HEROrr that's where I got mine from too. you must have gotten the only cheap one!
If i take my servo will make the bike louder?
Have you done an ECU reflash yet? If not, you should look into it!
Nope, I have a power commander so I don't need to do the flash

does anyone have any real results of slip on vs full system (+-/- tune?)
Can you still mount the plate from servo with dropping it out
Awesome video. Exactly what I was looking for
Where did you order new cover from?
Can you remove the servo if you just wanna add the eliminator ?
I also broke that cover/housing. Please put a link to where you bought it. I need a replacement. Thank you

Any diff in sound or performance after disconnecting
Is there a position you have to keep the valve at? Mine is still throwing the code and sounds awful

Great video keep up the good work
hey man u plan on doing a dyno on the bike ? with the power commander and new headers ?
Yes.
HEROrr lol nice !
outro?
Outro song?
What does this do?
Glad my 05 doesn't have any of that extra bs
whats a servo?
bigwillchill it's a valve on the exhaust pipe that opens up at higher RPMs I think
mogan23z why would u want to remove that then?
bigwillchill so there's unrestricted flow of exhaust gases. he changed his whole exhaust system so that's why he removed it. because the pressure will be different from stock.

Turbo it.
hahahaha one day!
