S05E101 How to Seal a Flat EPDM Roof Drain - A Day in the Life of Facilities Maintenance

Band-aid solutions do not work for flat roof drains that leak. If they leak you need to fix them correctly before they cause extensive damage to the building itself. While I'm sure there are other ways of doing it, if you want to learn one effective method of sealing a flat roof drain in an EPDM roof, watch this video.

1 little ol' pinhole, in a puddle = a Drain ! "Follow the evidence", as it would be shouted, on CSI... Although unrelated, that HVAC equipment appears pretty sad. Good job, as usual, Arne !
