Seams to be a good job to me. Zurn drain, that's a plus. A few things though. First ,maybe make the sump bigger. Second, block in the underside of the deck for better securment of the drain receiver. Third, (most important) add hangers to the interior drain line so the no hub coupler won't slide off the conical drain outlet. Other than that, great job. Probably minimum two grand complete.
I ordered them from Win Supply in Stamford,CT. They are ~$2500 but since I buy so many I get them for around $1500. If you’d like me to help source a drain for you, reach out to my assmistant, Sam@allroofusa.com
Would really love to reach out to u on advice. How can I do that? I have 4 flat roof drains need replacing because the contractor I believe installed the wrong ones.
you didnt mention how you cut the insulation on an angle, good job besides that. we cut on an angle because its a drain and water needs to flow to it and also to cover. glad you didnt use tape. I saw a gee duct tape the pipe once lol.
Next time just primed the lead with asphalt primer then you can torch onto it also run your lead down into the bowl over the holes then cut the holes out for your bolts The way you did it will not pass manufacture specifications if inspected for long-term warranties
Unfortunately, I have to build the product to what the customer will pay. I normally can influence and get them to spend extra money to replace things that aren’t great but at the same time I do bill to a certain spec because I can’t work for free. Unfortunately I wish things were different.

Facts
I thought you weren’t allowed to reduce pipe size along a drain pipe ?
You might be right, but I figured since we were going from a 15 inch sum, dropping down to 4 inches then to three would be fine
You don’t replace the wood damage around the drain that’s nasty
I wish I could have
