- Mario Fernandez Saldana and Shanna Gardner’s attorneys argued that prosecutors violated their clients’ attorney-client privilege by accessing documents on their electronic devices. Saldana and his wife, Gardner, are charged with masterminding a murder-for-hire plot that killed Microsoft exec #JaredBridegan. Both defendants could face the death penalty if convicted.

Audio needs to be improved
It sounds like courtroom echo, rather than actual audio.
I purchased a Bluetooth speaker for this exact reason & it helps so much. Audio was clear for me listening on that.
She is so guilty, Johnny Cochrane couldn’t get her out of this

this is what peeves me off about suppression of evidence.. if there is evidence, just let the jury hear it and make a decision / verdict on ALL the evidence.... BS for the victim and their families to have evidence precluded from being presented to the jury...

Gardner could suggest she take a lie detector test, she would be helped by that, "the fact that she doesn't makes me suspicious", is what a friend of mine responded. 4:12
The Judge would benefit tremendously from some Toastmaster skill development reducing the number of “uhms” and “ahhhs” which weakens her position by voice quaver and hesitancy. I say this as an experienced public speaker, a Toastmaster-qualified member and a desire to improve everyone who speaks in public. Alll that being said, this was a tough decision and the trial will be challenging.
It was hard to listen to her with all the uhms!

I’m sorry so the state can use or have “poor judgment“ in whatever decisions they make over and over and there’s zero accountability of repercussions!! Got it! Sounds about right!! God forbid the defense uses poor judgment!
Maybe you misunderstood. The Judge suppressed crucial evidence which was not attorney client privilege as a sanction. That’s an incredibly harsh penalty.
