The judge dismisses all charges against Alec Baldwin because the prosecution hid evidence. Another prosecutor married to the truth. Right? ;-)
HOLD THE GOVERNMENT PROSECUTORS LIABLE THE SAME AS CELEBRITIES AND THE PUBLIC .... ALEC BALWIN CASES : DISMISSED WITH PREDUDICE BY THE JUDGE. NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS. ... CORRUPT DETECTIVES AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT SPECIAL PROSECUTORS.
Armorer is at fault as is baldwin. If you get handed a gun you have to personally verify if its loaded and with what. If we go down like some people suggest over here that "he should never be charged" ( most of them are from bot accounts because hey have numbers behind their names which is a bot) then any shooter throughout history is not "at fault" because its the one who loaded the ammo into we weapon that is the real culprit. You see it here: special prosecutor resigns ( after either being threatened or paid off or both). That is how it works and you could see his wife smiling BEFORE the judge made a "ruling", like she knew he was going to let off because the paws of certain people were greased enough. he hid his joy from everyone, he is an actor after all faking it all his life but his wife isnt and the mask slipped.
its things like this, rich elites gets passes and kids gloves but if its an average Joe or Jane Public they get the book and the leg iron lobbed at them, that makes vast majority DETEST lawyers and judges and every single person in judicial.
The question is did a flawed investigation allow murders to get away with the Crime because the Santa Fe Sheriff's department mislead the prosecutor for a political conviction?
This prosecutor has a political agenda, NOT everything is a crime and not everyone is a criminal

So sad for the family and friends of helina but feel the decision was the best for the circumstances. I've heard several times that an armourer and AD must make guns safe and put several precautions in place for any doubts actors may have. May she rest in peace 🙏❤
I'm glad for him . I know this had to be a horrible accident on his behalf. Aren't props supposed to be checked and triple checked? So my question is why point the prop at these two people inperticuler? Was there a hidden agenda against them? I need more back story on their lives .
@Lee-ng8du Baldwin violated every rule when handling Firearms. When someone hands you a firearm you should always verify the stated condition. He did not, and pointed the gun at another person and pulled the trigger.
Seth Kenny brought live ammo not Alec or Hannah they had no clue live ammo was mixed in with blanks. The state HID EVIDENCE AND LIED. Will they charge the responsible person now is what I'm waiting to see. Shame on the state. The Judge done right.

@@Bigbubba3031 really?, all people handling guns have responsibility to check the weapon when they receive it. They even said at the beginning the armorer checks the weapon then hands to recipient who checks in front of armorer. The fact it was a low budget movie and it was being rushed and short cuts made didn't even play into the determination. The producers were running fast and loose. Baldwin was a producer also but apparently was in a hurry to get in and out ....
@@steven9541 The recipient did check the gun, but the person who recieved the gun from the armorer wasn't Alec. It was assistant director Dave Halls, who already pled guilty for his role. The armorer presented a gun, the assistant checked it, told Alec it was "cold", and Alec trusted them both. The prosecution wants you to think that Alec shouldn't be able to trust the two people he hired to handle gun safety for him. Baloney. The narrative of him improperly rushing everyone around was unsubstantiated irrelevant BS that wasn't even allowed to be presented.
He pointed a gun directly at a person and pulled the trigger. He even admitted the amount of damage a blank can do. Experts have said that even on set, they don't point even fake guns at people. I guarantee if his child was in front of him,he would not have pointed it at her.

Who he is and his fame has nothing to do with the dismissal, and the dismissal does NOT mean that he is innocent of manslaughter. It was only sloppy work from the prosecutor that lead to the dismissal, nothing else.

So, a 66 year old man, with obvious physical discomfort, back problems, hip problems, and perhaps a number of other wonderful things that begin to happen to our bodies after a certain age, gets up, leaves, pretty much comes right back... and it must be something sketchy like he can't control himself? When I saw this, I saw an older person who needed to go and take care of business before he embarrassed himself on live television. Been there, done that, however, I'm not famous so nobody scrutinizes every move I make. The glee with which this woman told the story is equally disturbing. Hang on Chicka, the future is coming for you. Make sure you keep working those pelvic floor muscles. Disgusting.
: LINDA WITOWSKI As much as I don’t have a lot of respect for him professionally, I have a different opinion when it comes to negligence. Most today were not born when this protective message for safety was taken by him. The day his first child Ireland was being brought home in the arms of her mother Kim, obnoxious paperatz rush them and starting with flashbulb cameras (used at the time) into the newborns face, and the baby almost dropped. He went nuts on them. So putting someone in damaged and not immediately responding is in his wheelhouse of responding to negligent behavior. Safety is something more ingrained into him and is more plausible than the lack of it. This is a case of another prosecutor getting it wrong again. We seem to be seeing a lot of this 😢

From what was said at the end by prosecutor, defense was told months ago but didn't want the evidence...the slick defense did hokas pocas to get everyone to over look what she says by adding in inuindos possibly made by prosecutor with no evidence

the safety of all on set, Actors/stunt performers need to contact SAG/AFTRA for standard renegotiations for set safety. This changes everything.

In this case it was an overzealous prosecutor looking to make a name by railroading Alec. You can see that clearly by the bogus evidence they were trying to submit, and the bad-faith narrative they were going to try to spin about Alec rushing everyone on the set and causing people to not do their jobs. I'm glad the judge saw through it.
He’s a very unpleasant aggressive man who also made that abusive call to his 12 year old daughter.. but that doesn’t make him guilty of this crime

He does have to live with killing Helena. After hearing the contents of the motion, both sides gave valid arguments but I think the judge was wrong to dismiss. Sounds like she favored the defense.
