    Yeah this really works, have been doing this since 2016, every day for 5 times a day, actually the most easy way to lose those unwanted rolles and to get a nice lean and flat waist.

    I’ve tried it .. started off with a curve out tummy from eating delicious 😋 food and this def works.. I will keep it up to maintain a flatter tummy .. it only took 3 days to see a difference

    Thank you so much, this is something I have never heard before, and I am a gym rat as well as a long distance hiker. As I am getting older I neglect my mid section and it shows. I will start practising these every day. Thank you for the efforts you put into this training.

    I like the way it is. Can be done anywhere, on bed, sitting down, standing up.
    It encourages good posture as well as exercise for the stomach vacuum. I will try it 😁

    The vacuum hold works it does take some getting used to. I’ve seen others on TH-cam talk about too and it’s good to do.

    I've been practicing the stomach vacuum more often lately. I prefer other TVA exercises that are a bit more comfortable to do (and still effective!) 😆

      Cristian Espinoza it is a very ancient Hindu yogic asana that predates your pathetic desert cult of Christianity. Of course it can be practiced by anyone but it’s origins should be acknowledged

    This lady is right on about the breath work! all the fatigue disappears when you learn the breath work...it's a bit like Wim Hof breathing technique or find a good yoga breathing practice, then introduce it to your workout the difference is unbelievable?

    This is technically called Pilates breathing. Done over three months it is like wearing a natural corset. Feels great!

    I’m a skinny gal; & just this tiny tummy. Despite being a surfer, ( & 98lbs, 5’3, bmi 18.) l get ‘bagged’ for a little tummy flab; ( ya wouldn’t think so, & of course, my Mum & the dude l live with , ( guess it might be all guys….think it’s not a problem. ) l HATE IT!!!! Yet he’s fat ( could lose 20lbs. And he messes (. Or try too😆) l have a coach, & he keeps me totally tortuous! !!! But this ‘tiny’ little gut, he’s put me through torture! Thank you for this; ( my mum thinks he’s after me! 😳 PFFFT!! He’s a very happy guy!! And being a professional muso; l just gotta find the answer. YOU JUST GAVE IT TO ME HONEY!!! Thank you, a billion !!!!! SO STOKED I SAW THIS. You’d think he’d tell me!! I have totally tummy exercises; but not like this… l can’t believe it!!! Thanks SWEETIE!!! LOVE THIS!     I’ve heard you don’t want to do this after you’ve eaten. Thus doing it in the morning before breakfast and waiting for 30 mins to an hour after eating before doing it.

    Doesn’t matter what you do unless you burn the fat layer on top , no twist is gonna work sorry. This will strengthen the core but the extra fat on top you need to burn those extra calories or be in a calorie deficit. But in saying this stomach vacuum is a great strengthening exercise.

      ASM Rob check out Vicky Justiz, she has some great exercises to reduce hip dips and widen the hips. I’ve been doing them and my hips are getting curvier. 😁
