    I'm 62 years old and had a stroke 6 months ago. This exercise is great. I cannot do the mountain climbers as yet, but I am getting there. Been doing them 2 weeks. Thanks.

      Wow - not good news. Go get a ct heart scan which will give you a calcium score. That way you can see any build up the arteries and do something about it via diet and exercise. I am 60 and just did one here in NZ. Technology that has been around for 30 years, yet most doctors do not even send people. You pay yourself a few hundred dollars. Look it up on here - Ivor Cummins. My score was 2. Sure is good way to find out. My friend who is was fitter than me - had a very bad score of 900. Good luck

    I don't get it when people like to criticize someone else's hardwork.
    Those moves are pretty intensive. I could not have done all the reps on first try.

    This is an AWESOME ab work out...this REALLY WORKS. I saw a difference in a week! And not even doing it every day! Stop hating and give props!!! Straight to the point with music and a countdown, what more could you ask for??? Love this!!!

    I'm a self taught nutritionist and I've been into fitness for over 25yrs as a hobby and this routine is a new edition to my daily regiment...👍I.e.Doing this three times a week on the even days and power walking on the odd days for one month will shed at least 7-10 inches from your waist.
    The real 5min abs...!!! Great Vid,

      Great. Can you please say how you power walk? I am now trying out some moves. I am 5'6" and has a waist of 41"!!!. This is killing me. Since you have been in fitness for such a long time can I ask your professional wisdom on how I should go about a complete fitness routine for my case? Thanks in advance.

      @@tickedoffsheikh8587 It's a pleasure. Basically cut/dry, for weight loss in my case according to my metabolic type, the uphill speed walk is best for myself. In your case I would recommend a speed walk as well but on a leveled surface. A preferred speed is about 3x's your regular walking pace. Currently I'm doing a one mile speed walk in a time of 15:30 and of course that's outdoors which is much better for the brain being that inhaling carbon dioxide is detrimental..,Note: Every step should entail a breath of fresh air.,👍
      (Start with a mile for the first 2weeks and if possible bump it up to 2mi's, 3x's a week)

      Im not an expert or anything but Ive heard that when working out you should change up your workouts every so often so your body doesnt get used to them. Or maybe even just doing these exercises in a different order

      neesha901 Yes I agree with the idea of changing up workouts for a balanced formation. But for me, by doing the exercise in the video in the exact same way and for 30 days I wanted to find out what happens to my body after? Can I see some different changes? The results: amazing transformation and I’m so grateful 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.

    Best ab workout I have seen, no unnecessary chatter, straight from one exercise to another. Just starting I suppose one could take a short breather between sets then graduate to the full routine, but full marks.

    I lift weights a little but I use to do no cardio, so I saw this video and decided to start working my abs more. I could not make it all the way through the first time, I was surprised because I thought I was in shape. But now I bang out cardio like a champ. I did not realize I needed to incorporate more cardio into my workouts but now I know and love it. Keep them coming Ms Vivi

    I am so glad that the adults in my childhood taught me that if you don’t have something good to say then stay quiet. This woman has the body of life which i suspect has made people felt that nasty comments are okay, but its just jealousy. I am seconds away from celebrating my 60th bday and I can complete the routine. No, I don’t have a six pack but at my age a four pack is something to be fricking proud of and yes i had kids so don’t give that excuse that your stomach still looks like you are six months pregnant because of kids. For once in my life I stuck by myself and decided to stop talking and act. And when I look at myself now and see my flat abs, definition on my arms (hello women nothing is grosser than short sleeves with flabby waving arms), and I see my legs with the muscle tone I feel proud of myself.
    I believe that so many of hate on people because we are jealous that they found time to do self care and stop the lazy excuses that go no where fast. Girl keep it up. May you live a long prosperous life. May you learn that the time you spend now on yourself is time well spent.

    I've been going to the gym regularly for the last 2 or 3 years doing weight training. I'm not in too bad a shape, although I would like to lose 15 to 20 pounds. Since the Corona crisis I've been working out at home. I find myself doing a lot of these kind of workouts......and have realized that I am not as fit as I thought I was. This girl is a powerhouse! I just did this workout tonight...... I could only manage 20 seconds each exercise, then 10 second pause, then next exercise. I felt so pathetic, but then I realized I just had my 60th birthday last week, so maybe it's not too bad.

    This girl is an absolute soldier she doesn't even break in between. Great job and really good exercises, I'm overweight and have started doing this since yesterday, not looking for abs but just to see me feet! Its building my stamina though so am very pleased so far

    Day 3 was much easier. Did everything with her without resting. Added this to my routine exercise. Must say this is really good.

      Try doing shorter sets for now (perhaps 10 seconds, instead of 30), but otherwise do the same routine.
      Its when we get too fatigued that we sacrifice form and get sloppy. Better then to do as much work as you can with proper form, and then advance from there as you get stronger.
      I hope this is of some help.

      Try 15 secs and 15 secs rest. Next week increase by 5 secs, decrease rest by 5 secs and so on... You will make it.

      You will work for it. I usually do abs exercises early in the morning before work. I always think about how happy I will be when I see results. The moment I started to see results I couldn’t stop. Now looking at my body or wearing a crop top, and looking good is enough to motivate me.

      I feel that the problem am having is that I always expect to see the results almost immediately and when this is not the case I feel the abs isn't working.
      However, I think determination is the key here.
      To be sincere, am going to start all over again.

    Been trying to lose weight for a while now and have lost a couple pounds still got a ways to go. I like how the exercises you do look like their not gonna put a strain on your back 😎👍. You look amazing and those legs dammm in all do respect. Good stuff

      Fitness by Vivi how about rotating your legs (both together) in a circular motion? How effective is that?

      MrDuane1971 Definitely more challenging exercises, but also more risky. If you have a very strong core you can added. I personally don’t do it much, I try to avoid anything that can lead me to injuries. But is up to you 😊♥️

    I am doing well. Doing the exercises 4x a week. Seeing big difference. Stomach has tightened up and no more love handles. Still cannot do the mountain climbers so do extra scissor kicks. Your program works and I am a big fan. Thank you.
