Who else is exercising quietly in their room with a small laptop because their parents are unsupportive of their journey and you keep feeling insecure and embarrassed to wear cute workout gear? Update: it's 2023 and I'm still not giving up. I'm healing my relationship with my body and exercising to feel good. Slow but surely we can do it. Felt really good after this workout. Thank you, Jo!
To anyone not motivated: just do it! Put it on and GO! I almost didn’t do it because it’s been a long day and I’m tired! But I got up and got it done. 🙏🏽💗
Can we just appreciate her mood throughout the videos? I've only been doing them for about 2 weeks now and her little affirmations, her smile, her goofy dance moves every now and then, really is so encouraging. I've lost about 4kg with her videos and intermittent fasting and her personality is highkey the reason I wanna keep going!
Giiiiiiirrrrrllllllllll, I stopped working out about 1.5 years ago. I went from working out 5+ times a week and weighing 145-150 LBS (at 5'2") to stopping altogether. Fast forward to 3 days ago when I found this video and weighing 183 LBS. I cried through the whole workout but Jo, I cannot tell you how much your positivity has meant for me this week. I cannot tell you how difficult it is to start over again but your affirmations, smile, and positivity really made me smile through my tears and push through to the end of the workout 😭 Im sure people tell you things like this all the time, but let me just make it clear...... YOU MAKE A MASSIVE IMPACT ON THIS COMMUNITY and I'm so grateful for you.
2 years ago I went from 73 kilograms to 64 with these videos and a healthy diet. Then I gained them all again to some reason. Now I am 77 kilograms and here I go again. Wish me luck!
Yes I’m super depressed it’s been months since I worked out and I’m hoping watching flo will get me back in my workout mode and heathy and a little happier
That was honestly amazing. IF YOU'RE A BEGINNER, and you HATE squats but still wanna burn fat, hey this one is for you! I loved this. I almost teared up because I made it through with NO STOPS (not even water!) AND I finished through! She also told me she was proud of me! That almost had me too! Love this video and would recommend if you just starting off with little to no idea what you're doing! THANKS JO!
I'm in... every day for the month of March 2024. About to get it started...lordtbe my strength and help me shed this EXTRA weight in Jesus name Amen. Thank you Jo, we love you!!🙏🏽💜🎉😁
Hi Jo, I am currently 140kg, the heaviest I have ever been. My health has taken a huge knock the last year and the result has been a huge amount of weight gain on my part. This is day 4 of me doing these exercises and I just finished the whole video for the first time. 4234 steps in total. Goal weight for starters is a 100kg. I enjoy these videos so much. THANK YOU ❤
i hit my heaviest in march when i was 120 kg then i decided to work hard eat in a calorie deficit and stay consistent i am now at 109 kg lets touch 100kg together💪

@@hellokitty1871 you say "not to be negative" then follow it with an absolutely negative statement. She made progress and she's proud, let her have that. It doesn't matter whether it takes someone 10 months or 2 years, progress is progress. And a healthy weight will look different for everybody. A healthy weight for someone 5'0 may look like 110, but for someone 5'7 they would be underweight. Moral of the story, just be kind and don't judge someone's journey just because it might look different than yours, especially a fitness journey.
White Okay th-cam.com/users/postUgkx6K7NWahp9y3ir1gVAwysOCHOOPSnWZbw . I got it from my browser's history. I know that it's really frustrating to be over-weighted but all is possible with a strong determination. Good luck…..
3000 steps 100 calories 2 km in 30 min 👍🏼 So proud of my self 😭.. this is the third workout I do with you and it was the longest 🤪.. I am so out of shape and I love love that your beginners workouts are TRULY tailored for us. No jumping no laying down and so fun to do and I am happily sweaty right now 😂 KEEP IT UP 🤩
So I recently started my fitness journey at the gym 2 months ago, I’m trying to go down from 80kg to 70kg but it’s been a bit tough achieving this as I’m dealing with PCOS as well. Recently I’ve been going through some financial difficulties and I had to suspend my gym subscription as a result and I’ve been feeling guilty for it , until I found your account on TH-cam. I’m glad to say that today makes day 5 of my workout with Jo and I’m loving every step of it,i sweat lot after a 20/30 mins session and I feel a lot better about not going to the gym anymore, I hope I can be consistent with it and see some progress. Thanks Jo ❤
Same initial weight and goals here 👋🏼 And I used to go to the gym too but I find it very boring 🥱 I mean it has to be another way so I’m trying this 🤷🏻♀️ Starting week 2 training with her videos. We can do this! 💪🏼
I've been dealing with grief and depression and got really out of shape. The worst of my life. Your videos really help a lot, and I'm feeling more confident in getting moving around again. Thank you so much.
My husband (who is significantly more active/fit than I am) did this with me and he said at first he felt silly, until the fatigue set in and then he realized you’re REALLY working out. This kicks my overweight and unfit butt, but he felt it the next day too. I always feel so accomplished getting through these. I always give up on my getting fit and healthy journeys so I’m PRAYING I can do it this time! 2.8k steps 299 calories in 30 fun minutes!
This was also my first workout with Jo and I nearly cried at the end too when she said she was proud because I almost stopped 15min in😅. She got me! I’m hooked!
I was literally about to make this same comment! After having a child and dealing with PPD and finally getting proper medication I feel like I have energy to do things I wasn't able to do before so when she said that I wanted to just sob like a baby 😂 Love Jo! 🤍
finally got around to doing this (intimidated by the 30 minute length). I got through it all! so proud of myself. this is day 2 of operation sexy pants! got 30 pounds and a lot of stress and anxiety to lose!! thank you Jo for making it "doable". I'm finally showing up for myself.
Jo, when I started working out with you almost a year ago, I was suffering from some serious low back issues. Now my back pain is completely gone. I feel great and it’s because of you!!! I love your energy, the music, and the variety. Thank you so much!!!! You are awesome!!!!
Wow! I’ve been having low back issues for the past month and I started doing her videos again maybe like 4 days ago, and my back pain is practically gone too. That’s awesome and so relatable!
Omgsh @Lisa C, I have really bad back problems, they’ve gotten worst, because my core is so weak=my tummy is fat! Lol! But your comment seriously gave me hope. I know I need to lose weight to help with my back, but to read your comment seriously gave me life. Good job, congratulations to you!! I start my journey tomorrow (on my way to work soon). But thank you for sharing your story!! Keep up the great work!! 👏🥰💪
OMG, I can’t stop crying.. I finally decided to stop procrastinating and do the workout. I am so thankful for you Jo! I wanted to stop so many times and you would say “You got this” “You can do it” and I kept going until the end and as we did the cool down and you said “I’m proud of you”, I broke down. I finally did one workout, finally got up and did something. I feel so good, thanks to you and all your encouragement and inspiration! You are a Beautiful, Amazing woman and I’m so happy to have found your channel! I will keep going and send you my progress! Thank you so much Jo! God bless you!!! Sending you so much love!!! 💕💕🙏🏽🙏🏽💜💜😘😘🙌🏽💖
This is so amazing! Soooo happy for you!!! How have you been doing? I hope you are continuing to make yourself proud. One workout at a time, one day at a time! You can do this!!!!!!
Great job to you!!!! ::virtual hug:: working out 30 minutes straight is not easy for A LOT of people and you did it!!! Comments like yours are so inspiring. 💖💖💖
I’m 67 and very overweight. This is a fabulous workout. I added some 1 minute runs to get my heart rate up. I am still motivated with your workouts especially since I can do 95% of the moves. Hugs
I've been doing mainly Jo's videos and have done more difficult and longer videos of hers already. I rotate between longer/shorter ones depending on whether I added a session of strength training or not on that day. It's been 2 weeks of working out 6 days/week and I've lost 4.4lbs. The first day doing this video I was so out of breath but today when I did it again I was sweaty but fine and found it to be light and enjoyable. I'm getting stronger and I truly appreciate Jo for that ♥ Let's keep it going everyone!
Thank you for still doing beginner stuff. I’ve had so many unplanned surgeries this year I felt like I was getting left behind and that was severely demotivating. But seeing you still upload new beginner exercises really encourages me !

I’m back again, and I just want to thank you. For extra long water breaks. For imperfect couch pillows. For leggings that slide down-just like mine! For being perfectly imperfect, and reminding us with every workout to strive for progress over perfection. Thank you, Jo!
This is my first time second time doing one of your workouts and may I just say I feel so accomplished 🥳 I’m currently 321.8 pounds, almost 2 weeks post breakup, and I’m on a journey to heal and become the best version of myself. I plan on doing this workout everyday for the next week. Thank you so much! ❤
Okay update! So I weighed myself today and I’m 296.7 which means I’ve lost a total of 25 pounds! I did this doing your workouts consistently (4-5 times a week), increasing my water intake (64oz min.), getting enough sleep, taking supplements (OxyShred + L-glutamaine; I started taking these in January. Also, I’ve recently incorporated Acetyl L-carnitine), prioritizing my gut health, and eating in a slight calorie deficit (1600-1800 calories). I looked and feel amazing 🤩 Thank you Jo for all that you do ! ❤
It's raining here tonight so instead of walking the 40 min walk I did this 💪 💯 no excuses show up for yourself 💪 if you want it bad enough you will show up 🎉🎉
Dude.....I've been working out with Jo's vids for a week now and I can't stop. I love her smile during the workout bc it lets me know everything will be ok. So so encouraging bc she actually shows that she's enjoying herself. What a huge mood booster!
i’ve been depressed for as long as i can remember. always felt terrible about my appearance and was never taught how to love myself at any size. i met my gf 7 months ago and now i feel like i’m in the right frame of mind to exercise without feeling guilt or shame. i’ve gained about two stone in the last year due to HRT. i just moved into a new apartment and i stumbled across this exercise. im not an active guy and i thought about quitting half way through but i did it! and i feel amazing. i will do my best to keep this up, and hopefully surprise my gf with a new positive attitude when she moves in next week :)

As of today I weigh 248lbs and have begun this workout. I struggled and wanted to quit so many times, but thanks to your mood and energy in this video Jo, I didn’t!!!! I plan on doing this daily for the next 2 weeks and will check in.
I'm so happy I've found this! I really like Jo because she shows it how it is. Her videos are realistic, she ends up sweaty! Have you noticed how a lot of workout videos show "perfect" people that don't sweat? And then when you finish the video you feel like a freak because you're tired and sweaty? Not with Jo! And she's energetic and lively and shows her support with kind words of affirmation. I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and I'm loving it. Thank you Jo!
Wowza! I think that is the most I have EVER sweat during one of your videos! First time doing this one. I tried to do it during the beginning of my fitness journey, and it was too hard. I got through it THIS TIME tho! *pats self on back* Thank you for being so encouraging, Jo. As of today, I have dropped 61 pounds since finding you in July. Thanks for making me love fitness. Sincerely. Much love, woman. ❤
I’m 46 and it’s my sons 20th birthday. Time to start working out and hit the 125 goal (I’m 163). I cried after doing this video. She is so encouraging, it was like having a partner right here with me. Read her lips, you’ll be encouraged too! Thank you Jo and see you tomorrow.
This was my first workout after recovering from a car accident. So happy I was able to complete every single part. I even cried at the end 😭 . Thank you ❤
Been doing this particular exercise for months and have lost 19 pounds so far. Thank you! :) Edit: have been doing this everyday for nearly a year now and lost 70 lbs (203-->133)! Thank you so much for this video!! It has helped so much. ❤
@@Hayasaka_ Thanks! No I haven't followed any diet. The most I have changed diet-wise was eliminating soda entirely and then allowing an occasional coffee. Also I watch calories and make sure to not have too many unnecessary snacks throughout the day. I hope whatever you choose to do works out for you!
This workout is so great because I came home so late today and wanted something light before shower but I burned extra 200 calories and walked 1.9 miles without being breathless, in pain and holding onto my dear life. This is light, definitely beginner-friendly and so fun. You are the best as always, Jo!
Who’s with me on June 26 2024 I forgot how good this workout was. It’s definitely low impact and gets the job done. I feel like I can do more! My total cal is 276. A keeper for my daily routine. ❤Thanks Jo
I was sipping on a giant cup of the depressies today and was so annoyed it was a workout day for me. I haven’t been sleeping lately on top of just general stress that comes from being a human being. I did this one and in ten minutes i was in a good mood and I could feel my body thanking me for movement and air flow. Thanks, Jo! You’re a real angel on earth ❤️
I’ve been doing your workouts Monday thru Friday last week. Yesterday and today makes 7 days now. I’m going to try and do a 30 min video each day and the weekends will be yard work. Thanks for your videos ! They make me want to exercise and be healthy!
I've never enjoyed a workout like this before and I was literally crying by the end like I pushed everything bad outside of my body thanks a lot ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤love you From Algeria 🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿
i am sooo out of shape. 4 kids and 100 lbs later i really have never been worse out of shape. i'm pausing right now at the 11:30 mark just to take a break for water and because i feel nauseous. im feeling better after getting some air but WOW i am SWEATING SO MUCH. other walking workouts have gotten me to sweat before, but not like this! it's coming down my neck, i think my bodyweight is part of why it's so strenuous, but it doesn't feel too difficult for me at all! i'm going to try and do this at LEAST 3 times a week paired with your upper arm fat loss workout. thank you!
This was everything the fact that you were smiling like the whole time just gives me all the motivation i need to finish my workout! Thank you a million times!
This was literally the best beginners workout session online ever! Ten minutes in my energy level went up like crazy and started to dance even crazier. Absolutely love the encouraging words, even though I couldn't hear you. Thanks you so so much! Good luck everyone on their own journey, wether you want to lose weight or just get in shape! Although we're all alone at home stepping the miles away. Remember, somewhere out there a bunch of us are doing the same. Let's get fit! 💖 #greetingsfromthenetherlands🇱🇺
Ukraine is here! This is the first my workout with you and i liked it so much! It was really effective and pleasant , your smile helps not be exhausted too fast :) 30 min gone like 1 min. I`ll countinue to do sport with your videos. Thank you
Thank you! 68 yo now, worked out my whole life, gym, at home, walk 2-3 miles a day, until a few yrs ago. After this first workout with you, my goal is to do this with the same bounce in my step!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for this Jo! I did this workout yesterday and made it to the end! Things I love in this video: 1) you normalize taking a “working break” during the workout! Being new to working out, I do this! Just keep walking in place or keep moving while I get water or wipe my sweat! So, thank you! 2) When you mouthed you were proud me at the end, I teared up. I won’t lie. Because I am proud of me! I’ve pushed through and kept myself going even when I didn’t want to! So, thank you for making me WANT to keep going! ♥️♥️
Note to self- there is a 1 min water break in the middle (someone might have paused and taken a water break right before that happened... cough, cough ME). LOVE this one. 30 secs 'on' with 30 secs of walking in between always means I can easily adjust to keep the workout moderate if that's what I'm looking for that day. VERY accessible for anyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey! Fabulous cool down song, btw.
Literally the last thing I wanted to do today was work out. I had all these negative thoughts about it but eventually got up and did it. This work out was not only fun but I was pleasantly surprised that I got through it very sweaty but not as winded as I expected! Halfway through I was like this is actually fun lol. Jo I so appreciate you and this channel for making taking care of our bodies via exercise fun and accessible! ❤️
Just finished this workout, any workout at that for the first time in a very long time. And I can't even describe how emotional I am. For the longest time in my life I fed myself negative thoughts and self hate. Yes the workout was a bit hard for a true beginner but definitely able to get through. But the hardest part for me was to express all the positive emotions and facial expressions she showed. I love how she does the affirmations bc that definitely plays a part, bc at one point in the workout its like all the bad stuff i fed myself was letting itself out and i actually cried! I think I finally found someone that I can actually follow and keep helping me through my journey! Thank you for everything you are doing!! ❤️
I love the 30 seconds on/30 seconds off pace! I find myself struggling to keep up and breathe in some of the 40/20 workouts, so this is SO much better for me. I was able to do the whole thing! Thanks Jo
Your workouts have helped me so much so far. I don't measure or focus on that but I was over 300 now I'm 277. Thank you Jo. Your awesome and providing this help on TH-cam is just a Rockstar thing to do and I appreciate it so much because you are helping me literally save my own life. Thank you!
Just did my first workout ❤ Thank you for all that you do ❤I’m on my way ❤ I weigh 295 and I’m 5’6 and it’s time for me to get this weight off. I’ve been overweight for over 20 years. Your videos are so fun and motivating. My first goal is to lose some pounds before September 1st our son is graduating from boot camp and I want to surprise him. God bless you and to all the ladies ❤
First timer, here. I'm just getting back to working out after a long hiatus, and this workout was great! It worked me without punishment. I got a nice sweat, and I am positive I will feel it tomorrow. Thanks!
I didn’t make it outside for my walk today and decided to do this workout just to stay consistent. I paused this workout twice but I made it all the way through. 🙌🏾 Thanks Jo for the support and encouragement! ❤
I didn't want to jump into some intense workout as a beginner, but I love how easy and doable this is! I can definitely see myself doing this everyday!
Sweat was dripping off of me. I loved it….especially when I realized that I have gotten stronger and could do it 👏 ❤….thank you so much for doing these
Honestly I never had much fun doing workouts… but today was the first time I actually didn’t have to push myself to keep going! I just enjoyed myself ❤
I'm working to lose close to 80 lbs and I just completed my first workout without stopping!! I'm so proud of myself thank you! Your videos make me feel like I'm not really working out
Ok i am done at 21 min. I am in the wiorst shape of my life atm in every possible way... will come back again 2mrw to do this... cant even catch my breathe so i will take it slow
Can't believe I only just discovered your channel! Loved this workout. I've become very overweight & unmotivated over the past 4 years since my 3rd child & need help! Your energy is amazing, thank you for making me smile today & to get moving ❤
I just wanted to say thank you for your videos and how much fun they are how supportive you are! I started my fitness journey 5 months ago when I quit smoking I'm already down 17 lb and I've already lost 2 percent body fat.. I do your 2 mi beginner walk and your beginner Tabata everyday and it's been a life changer for me I'm going to step up my game and do the three mile and your regular morning lower belly fat tabata and see how that goes thank you so much again Jo! You are the best❤️❤️
I've tried plenty of workouts on you tube and I must say Grow with Jo has been the only one I enjoy and makes me feel great throughout the workout..Thank you so much!!! ❤
I started out doing Jo’s videos about the second week of this month, started slow with seeing I could do 11 mins, then 20! Then 30, I pushed myself one day and did an hour! It’s not even been a month, I haven’t checked if I lost any weight. Don’t plan to yet, but, this workout used to get me so winded, wasn’t able to catch my breath. Today, omg, today I was breathing fine! I’m not winded! I can stretch farther in the cool down, I am starting to keep up with Jo! Just little things! I am so happy!😊
Gotta say, I don't know what it is about your workouts, they are of course challenging but they are doable. They don't give that horrible chest pain that won't let me breathe and I have to stop. First time doing this one and I got through the entire workout without stopping. I feel incredible and not tired at all. I could keep going! So I'm going to do a dance workout next. Thank you so much! ❤ You rock!
Omg! I made it thru the whole thing! I’m so proud of myself! I struggled so hard just to start! I have very low energy due to low iron but i guess my energy levels are going back to normal! What a amazing workout! What a great sweat! I def will continue this! Day 1 down! thank you JO!💕
Just starting guys. At 46. 286 lbs. Been distracted with work. I don't know how I got here. But by God's Grace I need to get out. My health is now on the line. I didn't survive Covid to go out ĺike this!! Pray for me guys. Its so easy to lose yourself while caring for others....
I am on day 6 of working with this program. Her personality keeps me going even when I feel like giving up and I'm starting to feel better and stronger each and every day. I almost died having my 1st and only daughter and I want my body to prepared for baby No.2 God bless you Jo
216 cals 3432 steps 67% fat burn Loved it ❤️ I have been demotivated recently cause I am regularly working out for a month but am not seeing a change on the scale. My weight is the same and I look the same. But I have to keep going and stay consistent. This is the only channel I need in my life right now ❤️
Today I almost cried. I was truly proud of how far I pushed myself. During the walking breaks I jogged or ran in place. I gave it all I had. 2.44 miles 417 active calories 503 calories 135 Avg. heart rate 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I’m soooooo proud of me!
10 weeks since having my third baby, first bit of exercise since then, completely lost my fitness but I made it through the whole workout with a smile on my face! You're amazing Jo, keep providing content, you're the best workout buddy I could want xx
I have planned to do 10 days of this workout. Day 1 - Crushed it! Surprisingly I was able to complete the entire workout :) excited to complete this challenge Day 2 - 20 minutes + cool down. My lower back was paining so I had to stop. Will be back tomorrow 🤞 Day 3 - 100% completed. After a long and exhausting day this was a comforting workout to come to. Day 4 - 100% done. Super proud of myself. Day 14 of working out everyday. Day 5 - Was eager to do the workout today! Completed the entire workout. Yay! Day 6 - Such a mental struggle today. Just one of those days. Finished the entire workout! Feeling accomplished :) I did a lot of walking outdoors so skipped 3 days. Day 7 - 100% completed. Wasn't sure if I would be able to complete the workout after the long break but Jo keeps me going :) Day 8 - 100% done. Feeling great! Day 9 - 100% done. Amazing workout :) Day 10 - all done! Going to move to 6 days every week but will stick to a video a week
This one was amazing and your praise at the end made me cry. This is the first time I’m working out for me and not just because people or society tell me I need to look a certain way. You make me feel like I’m working out with a friend and I love it
Lost 65.5 pounds just doing this workout every single day for the last year. Feel amazing for it!!! 🎉🎉

Awe sis you are so kind I appreciate your kind words and am so grateful to have you as a part of the community!
Pls... Tell me... Yr 🍴🍱 plan... Plss pls pls

YO SAME!
I just wanna hug you 🤗
Giiiiiiirrrrrllllllllll, I stopped working out about 1.5 years ago.
Same here!

2 years ago I went from 73 kilograms to 64 with these videos and a healthy diet. Then I gained them all again to some reason. Now I am 77 kilograms and here I go again. Wish me luck!
@@busrayldrm485 good luck 🍀🤞 no matter where you start from even starting over you are doing a great job!

Did you get stretch marks? Because I lost the same amount of weight and still got them. If not, how did you prevent them?
As a 67yr old grandad I'm loving it!!!!!. Gets my heart rate up. I'm feeling a lot fitter already!!!!
i appriciate you grandad
This is the time I’ve worked out since coming out of a major depression episode. I’ve been in bed for four months and this made me feel alive again. 🥰
You got this ❤️
We are proud of u!!
That is wonderful Hailey! As someone who also suffers with depression, it's not always easy! Keep going!!!
Amazing 👏 I've been there too, remember you are not alone and keep going 💕🌻
Thank you Jo, we love you!!🙏🏽💜🎉😁
Me, too!! I am challenging myself for this month of March. Good luck!!
3489 steps and 497 calories burned…today was amazing!! Thanks Jo :) best way to start the day!
THANK YOU ❤
In the same boat, we are definitely doing this and getting our health back💪💪💪

22lb in 10 months?
@@thequeeneve Not to be negative, but that is really slow progress. I'm trying to see did she mean more than that.

So proud of my self 😭.. this is the third workout I do with you and it was the longest 🤪.. I am so out of shape and I love love that your beginners workouts are TRULY tailored for us. No jumping no laying down and so fun to do and I am happily sweaty right now 😂 KEEP IT UP 🤩
Way to go ! It's my 3rd workout too & I wasn't sure at the beginning if I'd make it, but here I am feeling more energized than I did at the start. 🥳

Thanks Jo ❤
Same initial weight and goals here 👋🏼
And I used to go to the gym too but I find it very boring 🥱 I mean it has to be another way so I’m trying this 🤷🏻♀️
Starting week 2 training with her videos.
This was my first workout last night. I wasn’t ready for the tears when you said, “I’m proud of you.” Today I feel incredible!
Same 😂
Today was my first workout with her and I’m sooo happy she appeared on my timeline. We got this!!!
I never thought I could complete a full 35 minute video. But I did it!!
Me too
finally got around to doing this (intimidated by the 30 minute length). I got through it all! so proud of myself. this is day 2 of operation sexy pants! got 30 pounds and a lot of stress and anxiety to lose!! thank you Jo for making it "doable". I'm finally showing up for myself.
You have got this ☺️ I'm gonna have to lose 40kgs and I'm starting my journey. Let's motivate eachother 💪❤️
Me too, aiming to lose 30kg and I’ve been recommended by my hormonal nutritionist to focus on walks and dance workouts, so here I come!
How long did it take to help your back issues??

Thanku dear. This workout has helped me a lot, I have lost 2 kg in 10 days.. N I m a beginner to this. Love you. Keep it up. Keep inspiring ❤️

i’ve been depressed for as long as i can remember. always felt terrible about my appearance and was never taught how to love myself at any size. i met my gf 7 months ago and now i feel like i’m in the right frame of mind to exercise without feeling guilt or shame. i’ve gained about two stone in the last year due to HRT. i just moved into a new apartment and i stumbled across this exercise. im not an active guy and i thought about quitting half way through but i did it! and i feel amazing. i will do my best to keep this up, and hopefully surprise my gf with a new positive attitude when she moves in next week :)

I was sipping on a giant cup of the depressies today and was so annoyed it was a workout day for me. I haven’t been sleeping lately on top of just general stress that comes from being a human being.

i am sooo out of shape.

I did this workout today and I burned 287 calories 🔥
I feel confident and great about my weightloss journey 😊. Thank you Jo!
Thank you so much for this Jo! I did this workout yesterday and made it to the end!
Things I love in this video:
1) you normalize taking a “working break” during the workout!
I also took a water break just a few minutes before she did 😅
Literally the last thing I wanted to do today was work out. ❤️
She’s so sweet, the only thing that gives me motivation is her positive vibes ❤ , love you!
Hello everyone, I tried the workout for the first time today. I totally enjoyed every moment of it. The energetic vibes were amazing!
Thank you!

We loved the leadership and motivation again today. 😊
❤ You rock!

Loved it ❤️ I have been demotivated recently cause I am regularly working out for a month but am not seeing a change on the scale. My weight is the same and I look the same. But I have to keep going and stay consistent. This is the only channel I need in my life right now ❤️
What did you use to track calories?

Today I almost cried. I was truly proud of how far I pushed myself. During the walking breaks I jogged or ran in place. I gave it all I had.

I have planned to do 10 days of this workout.
Day 1 - Crushed it! Surprisingly I was able to complete the entire workout :) excited to complete this challenge
Day 2 - 20 minutes + cool down. My lower back was paining so I had to stop. Will be back tomorrow 🤞
Day 3 - 100% completed.
Feeling accomplished :)
I did a lot of walking outdoors so skipped 3 days.
Day 7 - 100% completed. Wasn't sure if I would be able to complete the workout after the long break but Jo keeps me going :)
Day 8 - 100% done. Feeling great!
Day 9 - 100% done. Amazing workout :)
Day 10 - all done!
Going to move to 6 days every week but will stick to a video a week
This one was amazing and your praise at the end made me cry. This is the first time I’m working out for me and not just because people or society tell me I need to look a certain way. You make me feel like I’m working out with a friend and I love it
