I just realised that he didn't make videos for a year now. This is definitely a loss to all Hardware enthusiasts. I still hope you are happy with what you are doing now :)
Hello Eli Tech. Your channel now has over 20000 subscribers. That's very impressive. I really enjoyed your videos. They were very entertaining, educational, relaxing, and absolutely brilliant. One could clearly see, that you've put a lot of effort into your work and that you are really talented as well. I can only dream about reballing a BGA chip like you. It impresses me everytime, to watch you fix dead hardware. You have been inactive for quite a while now. I heard, that you sold all of your equipment. I hope, nothing bad has happened to you. I'm genuinely concered about that. I really miss your videos. Hopefully, one day, you decide to return making videos again. Anyway, I just wanted to say Thank you, for the great time you gave us. You helped a lot of people, by fixing their faulty devices. You get my full respect for that. I'm glad, that I discovered your channel. Stay well I apologize for my awful comment. Edit. I beg your pardon. For some reason my comment got duplicated.
Just found his channel as well and want to reiterate everything you said. He is such a hard worker, honest, and genuine. It's so refreshing to see his diligence, work ethic, and talent. I really hope he is doing well in life, healthy, and comes back on occasion to see the comments of our gratitude.
Great channel boss :) Want to start playing with electronics again, looking for some newer multimeter. Got one from my schoold days 20y ago :))) As i saw there is Full LCD meters these days. Any advice please?
Buy used! I purchased 2 used PCs for $60. Both only had 4GB each & AMD AM3+ w/970 chipset. One had a GTX 550 ti and the other had no graphics card. I sold one without ram or a GPU for $80. I purchased a 650W PSU, front panel a case fan for $20. Then I sold the 350W PSU for $15. I purchased an AMD FX-8320 for $30. Then I got two 4GB sticks of DRR3-2133 for $31 on eBay. $46 spent on my current computer plus gasoline. Now I’m looking for a great deal on a GPU...
I just saw your patreon link. Thats not really my thing, but if you would do something like a masterclass course for repairing grafics cards i would definetly pay for that!!! Thank you for all your great content
Hello man, we all miss your videos! I have an XFX GTR RX480 that suddenly died with no signs before. Can I send the card to you and can you please make a video on fixing it ?
Hi Eli! AFAIK the GP106-300-A1 can control a maximum amount of 3GB VRAM, the GP106-400-A1 is only on the 6GB versions (except this thing - these two are identical). About VRM cooling, also EVGA xx60 low-mid range cards does even not have any VRM cooling solutions, and have 4 filters on the power phases instead of 10A fuse - i have repaired some 960's with VRM mosfet burnouts, all had this problem... i really don't understand why manufacturers thinking this is good like this...
Hi Eli, I don't know if your on any longer but if you are I have a question about fixing a PNY GTX 680 graphics card. GPU works fine other than the Fan will not spin. It is not a faulty fan but looks to be the fan controller or driver on the Card. What chip or driver am I looking for to check? Thanks.
Hi Eli :) if i have gtx 1080ti zotac amp extreme which is not working. Something with power line. Im located in uk. Would you like to look on it? And where are you from originally? :) SIMPLE LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!
Havent seen a new video in a while, love your work. @Eli I have 2 bad cards, 1 is an rx 480 that crashes under load even with new thermal paste and pads, and a Dell OEM gtx 1080 (MSI Aero) that will not post. Do you take submissions? what do you charge? I don't make a ton of money, but I can try and pay for repair.

Hey I have an R7 250 GPU, it turns on fine sometimes but only works ofr somewhere around 5 min with 2018 2019 drivers and works little above 10min with old 2015-16 drivers and then the display blacksout completely with CPU being still on. What should i check first in the GPY and according to you what would be the most probable thing thats stopping this GPU to work smoothly

Hey! I'd really like to see you fix a Radeon VII. I've seen alot of those broken on ebay and I'd really be interested what breaks down on them and if they are fixable.
If the mosfet can't handle the current then couldn't you piggy back another? E.g. if you find out too late, or if it's proven to be a problem already (replace the broken one, with two)
bro i buyed a 570 nitro+ 4gb and it gives no video, but fans work and also the saphire lights, i tested the heat from the video chip and it gets just a little warm, what would be the proble or where would you look to fix it? great videos and hability you have im suscribed!

Hello! I had an RX470, it was working normally until one fine day it didn't show up anymore. When it first started it was still up and then there was a whistling in the choke (I think). I changed PSU, applied thermal paste. Each time it boots up only 20s then not up anymore. Can you guess what is wrong with it?
I dont know how to get in contact with you but you made a video a while back about repairing a 980 and I have a 980ti and I am trying to repair it but cannot find anything wrong with it. The board looks perfect. Please would you be able to comment me some pointers on what I should do. Thanks

Always build your own
absolutly true, building my own atm ^^
Never expected to see you here lol
Miguel C yea i sent him 3 of my gpus to fix long time ago :)
I should teach my friend (he's 25) how to build a computer.
He's on his second pre-built and i don't want him to waste his money.
When the world needed him most...
In my opinion, most companies that sell gaming pc just use the cheapest stuff to create the pc and sell it for 500$ more ....
hope you're doing fine man, its been a year. most of your repair videos are my refference for do it myself
Where are you bro!?

I noticed from many friends that the first thing that breaks in a "gaming computer" is the power supply, mostly a month after waranty.
Those cheap PSUs are there only to burn a hole in the motherboard and your pockets
thats what you get buying cheap crap. you asked for it
@@kaiserschnitselsr Hey there, necromancer!
