GTX 1080 mini from Ebay🤞 failed to be changed out under warranty Repair / Diagnostic process

One our old guest sent a card which he bought from Ebay and sent it out to swap under warranty. But due to dust / rust in one area was refused and sent this card to us for further diagnostic and repair.
