Yup angel wings for sure. Lucky they are also edible. Though some sources claim they are poisonous.

Those are Angel Wings. They upset some people's stomachs, but I've never had an issue with them.
Some mushroom guides claim Angel wings can kill elderly people if eaten in large quantity.... either way it's alarming this guy is misidentifying wild mushrooms on TH-cam..
Be careful not to confuse Oyster with Angel Wing mushroom…
We will usually dehydrate our chanterelles and then powder them and make a seasoning or stock for cooking with. We like using cauliflower mushroom instead of noodles in pastas fishing just makes it all THAT much better. GREAT VIDEO again guys!
Yep, we dehydrate the chanterelles mostly and add them to chicken stock or bouillon for a soup base. Add cream and seasoning for cream of mushroom soup!

Years ago I harvested Shaggy Manes while elk hunting in NE Oregon. A few went inky before I ate them so threw them in my front yard in Troutdale. They come back every year in October-November. I mowed some with grass, the mulch produces even more.

One of my all time favorites Is doing smoked trout and chanterelles and then fried with butter and put on a herb and garlic bagels! Been picking mushrooms for about 10 years and fishing for about 2. Love the video guys love seeing mushrooms and fishing

We used to get mushrooms when we went to the Mt. Once we made Cauliflower and Cauliflower mushroom soup. It was so good. I will never forget it.

Yep, I'm one of those people that has been in the woods since I was a child and now pushing 50, but I won't pick the shrooms because I don't know what is what. Definitely been missing out all these years!
Only time I ever picked any was out turkey hunting one year we found the motherload of morels where a dozer had thinned out a bunch of small trees.
That first fish was soo cool! I hooked one exactly like that one on my trout gear, it was ten pounds less though.
That was expert level cooking .... loved it.

I have picked a lot of morels in the spring time while fishing but I have never been comfortable with the picking the different varieties in the fall. Guess I need to work on my mushroom identification skills.
