- I can't believe he found them again, little man is on a roll again! Today we venture back out into the woods in search of mushrooms and some salmon. The only problem is the river is SOOOO high, It's going to be tough fishing. The day ends up being perfect, I'm excited for you guys to see this episode. I had a plot hound that we rescued. Had him for 10 hears until he got cancer but he was the best. Now we have a little lab beagle mix that has more energy than any other dog!
We have a Great Dane/Australian Shep mix named Fawkes!! Loves the outdoors, especially fishing! He always has to come and kiss the fish, just like Little. He’s the best 🧡
My Dogs are Shiba Inu. His name is “Chibi” Japanese for little, or tiny. He’s a a miniature version of his brother Kenji. In Japanese it translates to second son.
My dogs a German shepherd husky and he loves to go to the ocean and swim in it I live on Whidbey Island so I go crabbing quite often I take him with me and he likes to swim in the ocean
Jordan almost needs his own channel at this point. Still do ADX videos but branch out more into hunting, foraging, cooking, and everything Jordan. Love the content keep it up👍

The whole lower mainland region is destroyed for the fish except for a few smaller streams around Vancouver metro , dead Steelhead and Salmon everywhere,even on chain linked fences in the middle of farm fields

I highly recommend carrying a copy of All That the Rain Promises and More... by David Arora, super simple mushroom ID guide. Great video, I still have yet to find my first Cauliflower but have found quite a bit of Chanterelles.

went fishing for Tday and after Jordan's reminder about how good/crazy the weather's been, spent a little time looking for mushrooms. Found chantrelles AND boletes just steps from my favorite spot on the bank - love these fishing/foraging videos! Now I just need a badass dog/sidekick ;)

Chantrelles and califlauer's are my favorite two mushrooms too. Love picking them during deer season when hunting is slow.. such great tablefare. Especially fried with backstrap

I lost my favorite fishing shirt last summer. I'd taken it off, stuffed it into my pack, and thought I'd zipped the pack up. I'd been circling and fishing on the steep, tree-choked side of a little alpine lake and thought I'd never be able to backtrack and find that shirt. I ended up coming back the next day and not more than 50 feet around the lake, there was my shirt on the other side of a big old log I'd scrambled over the day before. I was a happy camper for sure!

Jordan is a great video host who gets just as excited as Little when he hooks a fish or shroom hunting. I watched a video on Fishing With Rod about side channels built on the Vedder River. These channels are off channels as a sanctuary for fish to spawn in and seek refuge in a flood event. One statistic was it helped wild salmon with a 40% INCREASE in population. How cool would that be for WA. and Ore.!? Sounds like something Cam may have knowledge about. We should try to have that implemented out here.
