Hey guys great video reminds me of my younger days. Just recently retired I thought would spend time with my best buddy fishing . Unfortunately he passed away at 57. Good to see such good friends making great memories. Keep on fishing and cherish the moments you have together.
There are hundreds of millions of TH-cam videos out there. I watch these few religiously. Addicted Dear meat for dinner Blue Gabe Stalecracker Stanzfam I’m from Oregon and fish under mcnary dam weekly. Love you guys! Keep it up
Jordan makes the show awesomeness!!!! Can’t wait to meet him one of these days!!! And the rest of the crew too !!! I like the fact how you guys always show the setup always learning thanks guys
This is one of my favorite Addicted videos. It was caos when Marlin's fish took him around the boat. Good to see that I'm not the only one to have Jordan as my "fishing boyfriend", and yes my husband gave him that name for me. Then that smoked fish! I want that in my life. Great job, guys.
Thanks, marlin, for sharing your recipe for the smoked salmon/steelhead looked so good. Have been wanting to try doing this for preserving fish in the hot and heavy catching season.
Such a unique way to fish for the Summers, I thought you guys were back bouncing for them at first, Marlins how to reminds me of the good old days, you guys keep putting out great stuff every week!
Not gonna lie-coming from someone who has been in sales for a long while, the salesmanship on those shameless plugs are textbook every time. Keep it up fellas! ✌️
It's really nice to see Marlon catch a fish on his first time the last couple videos all the fish have been coming off the hook or he just couldn't land them and they've got away or they broke off plus I was a really nice looking steelhead I hope it tastes good when you eat it bro great job
I love addicted fishing and stay fishy adventures I watch all your videos every time they come out and I can't wait to see them I love you guys you make my life complete I've learned so much about fishing just watching your videos I was never a fisherman until I saw your videos and now I'm a full-blown fisherman
I dry brine with a ratio 2 cups brown sugar to 1 cup kosher salt. Also pull the skin off and pull the pin bones prior. Next day, the filets get rinsed, dried on a wire rack in fridge then out for about an hour before hitting the smoker (pellicle formation; doesn’t stick to rack). I pellet smoke with apple heat and a smoke tube with cherry in the chamber. I’ll try alder next but this method is hard to beat; everyone loves it.
I love watching you catch these beautiful fish. But I get a little bored when you don't do a catch and cook! Keep this up and I will watch every video.
Got 4 summer steelhead this year out of the creek of all things! Knightmare and coonshrimps under a bobber!! Crazy how much bigger the fish you guys were catching! Keep it up boys!!
Awesome as always my friends!!! Literally been struggling with fishing up here due to heat and hardly any rain. But as always after watching y'all's video it gives me what I need to keep on keeping on!!! About to fish in a few!!! Thanks for the videos and tons of useful information!
I used A dry brine same recipe as you do Marlin except for after I rinse and dry I based it with cinnamon whiskey I smoke it with apple and cherry Chips gives the fish a little bit a milder taste.
Put a fan on the cured fish and cut the time by at least 1/2. Good tutorial on smoking...Having a nice dried surface (pellicle) before going in the smoker is super critical for the best smoked fish...
I use a wet brine. After the pat down I rub maple syrup on them. Use some apple or cherry wood that I soak over night. Last time I smoked the trout I made earth oven. Delicious 👍
Omg what a video great job guys.and that smoked fish made my mouth just drool 🤤 everywhere lol.my wife asked me what I was watching because my stomach started growling and I showed her and she was lime no wonder lololol
Marlin.....A little tip to make your life easier with the pin bones....leave them in when you brine and smoke the filets. After they've been smoked and cooled off you can pull the bones out really easily. They really protrude out of the filets due to the meat shrinking during the smoking process. I do a similar dry brine as yours and baste the filets with Tiger Sauce (Pepper Sauce) before covering them with the dry brine. And a honey/lime glaze like you do in the smoker.
imagine being the guy on the bank at 2:20, fishing, not having luck, then the addicted crew pulls up in a top of the line drift boat and bring in a big chrome hen right in front of you before motoring off.
@@AddictedFishing so this is the third time I type this reply haha, apparently I can't send links. I'm not knowledgeable in types of fish but I did some research and the list is huge. Some are: peacock bass, atlantic blue marlin, mountain mullet, brown bullhead, grass carp, common carp, swordspine snook, tambaqui, Mapiro (fat sleeper), striped mojarra, yello fin mojarra, bluegill, nile tilapia, burro grunt and the list goes on. Depends on what side of the island you go to.
When their is a new video I drop everything I am doing and watch it they are all great 🤘
Love to see more trout videos can y’all do that?
For sure!
Thanks, I am watching y’all great content as it storming out side in the Rocky Mountains area

I smoke my fish the EXACT same way. Only difference is you used a lot more garlic and onion powder and now I'm gonna try using more. 👍👍👍
Great video! Definitely a recipe I gotta try!
Always love the adventures boys! Much love ADX! 🤙🏼🎣🔥

Definitely gotta try that looks delicious!
I’m impatiently waiting the day that Jordan releases his seasoning! And some Jordan knigge “cup of joe” swag.
I love watching you catch these beautiful fish. But I get a little bored when you don't do a catch and cook! Keep this up and I will watch every video.
👍💖 Wow Marlin, that was some good looking smoked fish. It was good to see your fur buddies.
Cannot wait to try this method of brining. I always do wet, but I'm on this one
Yippee! That’s my fishing boyfriend!
Fishing Fabio! So happy I was able to see you in real life! You ALL rock! Hope to see you out again sometime!
Got 4 summer steelhead this year out of the creek of all things! Knightmare and coonshrimps under a bobber!! Crazy how much bigger the fish you guys were catching! Keep it up boys!!
Drooling here!
I love how Marlin's first fish nearly pulled him out of the boat. What a fun day!!
That thing went crazy!
Awesome as always my friends!!! Literally been struggling with fishing up here due to heat and hardly any rain. But as always after watching y'all's video it gives me what I need to keep on keeping on!!! About to fish in a few!!! Thanks for the videos and tons of useful information!
Looks very delicious.
I am going to try this recipe thank you.
Love the videos!! Keep them coming!!!
AWESOME Video 📹 👏 👌 👍. Good recipe for smokin.
basting with maple syrup works great also
Nice Job Martin on your smoked salmon!! Wow it looked absolutely amazing!! 🤗🤗😋😋😋😋
That salmon looked so good
Great work dudes! Love these videos and I spotted those Waterlands Nick was wearing! LETS GO!🤘🏻
Love you guys. Keep up the amazing work
Good stuff. What kind of wood pellets you prefer to use?🤙🏽
Im using a maple/cherry blend.
I find that removing the pinbones is much easier post smoking. The meat shrinks away from the bones and the cooking loosens them up 😃
ADX ROCKS!
Nice!!
I will give your recipe a run it looks great! Keep the quality coming. They are great.
Great shot of the eagles! Excellent fish fellas! 🤑
I used A dry brine same recipe as you do Marlin except for after I rinse and dry I based it with cinnamon whiskey I smoke it with apple and cherry Chips gives the fish a little bit a milder taste.
I like the cinnamon whiskey idea, definitely try that!
That series of events after Jordan hooked his 2nd fish i think…. “He tried to sink us!” 😂😂😂 just dying
Great video again! Gonna give that smoked recipe a try next time. Looks delicious!!
I’ll definitely give this a try
Dry brine for sure. 6-8 hours. Pulls a ton of moisture out. Then pat dry and wait for a pellicle to form. Then into the smoker.
Put a fan on the cured fish and cut the time by at least 1/2. Good tutorial on smoking...Having a nice dried surface (pellicle) before going in the smoker is super critical for the best smoked fish...
That’s how I like to brine and then air dry to make a glaze sealing in the juicy goodness!
Keep killing it guys.
Yeah buddy!
I use a wet brine. After the pat down I rub maple syrup on them. Use some apple or cherry wood that I soak over night. Last time I smoked the trout I made earth oven. Delicious 👍
“The eagle has Landed”
Isn't it weird though, how Popov asked Jordan to rub his rod! That deserves a shirt

Looks delicious 🤤 I do a very similar recipe but also add powdered ginger and I baste with maple syrup…I’m getting hungry just thinking about it😝🎣
I want to try maple next time.
