Mushroom at 1:56 is probably Russula Brevipes, which is a host for Hypomyces lactifluorum, commonly known as the lobster mushroom. So check that spot again in lobster mushroom season!

Again, I know this is an old video, but does that not wreck the mushroom by putting that much vinegar into it cause you don’t need that much vinegar and definitely you don’t need that much salt. I do a lot of canning and preserving on our farm and we don’t use any heavy like that unless it’s straight up For eggs

I don't see how people eat something that makes them cry just simply cutting them up. If it reminds you of tear gas cutting it up, it's probably not a good idea to consume. Yes, I am an onion hater....

The white chantrell's. Are very rare mushroom. And when you do find them, they're mostly in a good size patch, and that is true

I was taught to use a soft brush paint brush and just brush them off. Even store shrooms u don’t rinse. 🤔
