@@Rell60 Yeah Mustink is sport car...they were originally built to compete with the little European cars that were piling into the US in the 60's. The Camaro was developed to compete with the 'stang. Really the Challenger has the only "muscle car heritage" as they are built to do one thing ...go fast in a straight line, just like the true original muscle cars from the 60's. You Ford and Chevy guys are always using the weight and handling of Challengers as excuses for how much better your cars are so now you can't argue about which is and isn't a muscle car. Part of the definition of muscle car was they didn't turn great. Camaros and Mustinks will surely squash a Challenger on a road course but not so much on the drag strip. You can't build a car that can be a winning machine on a road coarse AND a drag strip without changing quite a few things on the car. It's the same with any type/brand car. Common sense really.
I have a scat, and all I have to say is.... a real test would be all automatics. Because the right driver with a manual can kick butt. And real test starts at a stop.

The Camaro is the best all performance car, it can handle the best of them and is about just as fast. Charger is best daily, has the most torque and should feel the fastest. Mustang has awesome top end, sounds phenomenal, and is cheapest of them.

Drives Mopar Hemi now 70K miles nothing but oil changes and brake jobs.

I only say this because I was raced a stock scat in my 2015 mustang Manual no clue what he had done but I have just tires and exhaust and he pulled down low but I pulled top end and came back around him but it took me till like 110 before I starting coming back

I know you guys just think bout power an not physics but when you put ur 1 window down it adds weight to the car so put one down a the backseat one on the other side so the air flows thru .
Scat pack either tuned or has more mods. Driver error on camaro and mustang part. I own a scat pack and that 5.0 gaps it for sure and I own a SS and the SS gaps all. Different mods but that scat pack aint pulling like that.
I have a buddy who has a 5.0 and my brother in law has a ss. I have a challenger scat. Hands down my scat gets them more often then not. Even if the challenger was a little slower then both, my trunk and back seats are actually usable lol. And how the challenger is designed power wise makes it more fun to drive imo 🤷🏼♂️ as far as taking corners lol, I wouldn’t pick the challenger. Repeat with me guys, just because a car is stock, it is still factory modified to go FAST. That's the point of an ss. Some of you make it seem like a stock car has less power just because it's from the factory. Plus it was going against a boat, maybe a little more hp on the 392(not even a hellcat) but the maro is still less heavier. Im a car guy, I love all cars, sometimes you win some and sometimes you lose some. You cant win all. Yall maro guys have to accept it.

Great content, but I hate when there is only one passenger in on car. 200lbs makes a huge difference. 2-3 cars depending on the race.

This test is kind of unfair. It would make more sense to run everything stock for stock or have the other ones modded too. The Camaro and Mustang drag Scats all the damn time. 🤔 "Which one is faster?" Of course the modded ones will be. Lol
They all had tunes, the mustang driver is not as skilled yet, and the scat is just faster, but it only has like 20 to 30 more hp than stock.
