This sounds exciting, starting at the beginning and seeing how Jacob evolves- or tries new things as he’s pretty evolved from the jump!
    Thank you!!

Musically Jacob is an experimenter and an adventurer. This is very early Jacob, but maybe not the most representative of Jacob's music today. Try Mahogany Sessions Little Blue, followed by Moon River, followed by Fix You, followed by Time Alone with Me, followed by World O' World. That would be one sample of the range of his different music as those are all very different from each other.

Thank you! Yes, this is his first posted video. I thought it would be fun to put it on the playlist for Jacob. I have done 4 reactions to Jacob so far, and I'm looking forward to more. 🙂

I'm a huge Jacob fan but THIS kind of experimental stuff bores me. *I* could make music like this and kind of did when I was in the Electronic Music Lab at college 30 years ago and the tools were more primitive. I appreciate great musicians for the things they can do that I could NEVER do even though I attended a music conservatory. Some of his other electronic experimental stuff in DJesse Vol 1 is better but the real thing that makes him unique are the harmonies that even Herbie Hancock says are a level above anyone else.
Your reaction list for him is small but many have looked at All Night Long, Moon River, Bridge Over Troubled Waters (studio or live in L.A.) World O World, Little Blue (Mahogany Sessions), Don't You Know (with Snarky Puppy), Hideaway, all the Stevie Wonder and Beatles covers, All I Need or even Wellll if you want to hear him closer to regular rock.

Thank you for commenting. Yes, I have only started with Jacob. There are more to come. This was the very first video he posted to TH-cam, so I thought it was well worth putting on his playlist. 🙂
