If only he wasn’t a parasite and a badass dragon demon (cuz Nidhogg is a zombie dragon in Norse mythology) but I do like how they made him a parasite of the quliphoth roots (cuz nidhogg in Norse myth always chews on the roots of the world tree)

I’m thinking some kind of weapon like Lucifer in 4 that let him place little things to stick into enemies, only this time they’re parasites and juggle more than the spikes that stunned there.
I would say a whip in the shape of the dragon heads where you can latch on goes drain them then throw them away (plus Dante never had a whip at all so...)
@@TheKazuma410P He’s not unfortunately. The only bosses you face in the Bloody Palace are Goliath, Artemis, Cavalire Angelo, Malphas, King Cerberus, Urizen 3X then Vergil.
I got a better idea. Just activate sin devil trigger and spam the fuck out of Judgment Cut End. You can use Beowulfs ultra too but it's risky if you ask me.
For me it was a pain to get the lock-on to get the tentacles instead of nidhogg itself after the first round of blowing them up. Otherwise it was fine.
This also sounds very much like a remix of Parasitic Evil, which makes a ton of sense considering Nidhogg and Jokatgulm are both stationary bosses, they both defend and attack you with tentacle-like things, and they are both the 2nd boss of their respective game (if you don't count the pathetic Qlipoth Roots). Heart of Leviathan is also similar being a stationary boss that has 3 separate targets positioned like Nidhogg's 3 tentacles. Not to mention Nidhogg is literally a parasite. I love these kind of connections and I hope it's an intentional reference because it's very fitting.
Does this remind anyone else of a Street Fighter IV track? I could perfectly hear the announcer saying shit like "I'VE NEVER SEEN A BATTLE LIKE THIS" and "PICK UP THE PACE" to this song
@@MauZangetsu Gilgamesh you can Enemy Step on and just mop the floor with him at least. Nidhogg DEFINITELY needed more playtesting (especially for higher difficulties)
@@wrigglenight93 ? He intentionally cannot fight like an actual character in the series. If I wanted to play a DMC game with minimal risks in the gameplay from fighting at range, I'd play DMC2. Granted, V is obviously a hell of a lot more refined that anyone in DMC2, but that type of gameplay is not what the series is about. Playing on the hardest difficulties as Dante and Nero is constantly tense and exciting, whereas I was practically sleepwalking through V's gameplay. And it was designed that way intentionally. I know you're trolling, but man what an ignorant thing to say.
