I love cheese and I love potatoes. How did I not think of this before?

This looks like how my culture (Black American) prepares our mashed potatoes. It’s the same exact ingredients, we just don’t go ham on the cheese.

Not really, it's just a bunch of stirring and mixing. The most difficult part imo is getting all the ingredients and equipment.

Looks great, but so sad of US “food” - the Kroger “Cream” -> Cream, Milk, Carrageenan, Mono & Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80… in most other countries “Cream”

Okay then don't make it??? Because your brother is allergic to cheese, does that mean nobody should release recipes including cheese?
