Dude, I tried it, and its the beat recipe.I used a boiled potato, added cheese, sour cream, little bit of garlic, onion, salt and boiled potato. It turned really nice and it tastes like mac’n cheese mixed with boiled potato and sour cream with onions.

@Nilanjasa I'd say more like 7-8 minutes depending on this size of the potato unless it's a really big potato the should be fine, it takes a lot longer to cook in the microwave then you might think because the heat has to get to the middle of it
In Turkey we make anything looks like this, and call it "kumpir". But it's way more loaded. We add saussage, russian salad, olives, pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise etc.
12/10 This is the best baked potato ive ever had in my life right after the one from texas roudhouse the heavy cream makes it so good and the mozzerella and cheddar go so well togethor and the chives level up all the flavours serously the only downside is that i didnt make more of it lol
Tip- if you’re making it in the oven, stab it with a knife and wrap it with foil Also roast garlic with the potato and add it to the filling for more flavor yw
