    You are a godsend to us newbies! I have a new Philips 9040 from Costco. My audiologist is amazing and was very interested in following you ❤️

    I have severely sloping HF hearing loss and am getting ReSound Nexia because it does well with Background noise. I can get the 5 for $240 or the 7 for $1040. The 9 is $2000 and too much for me right now. I want to go with the 5, but feel I might regret not going to the 7. My insurance allows upgrade every 36 months. I don’t know what to do!! Thank you for your reviews and videos, they have been helpful and interesting.

    Very informative video. Using the software makes more sense now after viewing the original video you did. I learned the your tip of lowering the volume of one ear when in a car, with someone. I hadn't thought of that! I've noticed that just by lowering the volume of both ears by about two clicks helps in a lot of situations to eliminate buzzing. I'm not sure if the Costco fitter set the volume too high but lowering it manually helps a lot.

    Hi Brian. Thanks for the videos. Here's what I'm most interested in knowing right now. What settings don't I touch in the fitting software if I don't want to upset my Costco fitter? I'm thinking specifically about not destroying the work he's done in doing REM and following best practice. Also, by saving a session... does that mean if I make some humungous mistake down the track I can go back to that session to recover? Hope that makes sense. Maybe a subject for a future video?

      Well thank you sir! What are you impressed with, the Philips fitting software and hearing aids or just the video in general?

    Tell us how to do this with the KS10 please! ❤ What if you don’t have a computer?

      @HearingClub  5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I can do that! With no computer, you will need to have your aids programmed by a professional.

    Could you tell me a way for you to get me the link to the software to download. I am very interested in having this access. As well where to buy the device.

    Great video! Is this your #1 choice for Costco hearing aides in noisy environments? I know Jabra was #1 on your list.

      No, I think Jabra has the best noise reduction right now. This is based off my patients feedback and experiences and my own as well

    Brian, I am on day three of my Costco Jabra GN left side only hearing aid. My phone is a basic android and does the basic connectivity OK but will not stream or receive phone calls. I don't have Bluetoot LE yet. I notice that my software only has two filters, “All Around” and “Hear in Noise”. I think there are two other filters missing. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I am only using one hearing aid? Thanks.

      No sir, the other available “programs” have not been added but they can if you ask your fitter. The other 2 options would be outdoor and music, both of which I don’t personally use and I don’t think they are necessary myself, they just don’t do much but if you want them, just ask 😊
