I love mine! I carefully read through all of the cards and instruction books. There are a lot of excellent tips and suggestions. You can call the team of experts who seem genuinely happy to help their customer, in case of any problems.
Mine work perfectly. I forget I have them on. They are so discreet that my friends are surprised when I tell them that I have them on. They usually say:”Really! Let me see!”
I have had the Jabra Enhance 200 hearing aids for 1 day and feel myself getting smarter. It makes sense because if you can hear better, you understand better and your actions follow suit.
Is there an on/off button? Volume button? I see a button but, nothing happens when I push it. Can't find anything on line or in documents. Phone call always too busy to reply. 5 days and I'm not pleased.
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. The hearing aids automatically turn off when placed in the charging case and turn on when removed. To adjust the volume, you can use the app on your device. If you prefer using the buttons on the hearing aids: press the button on the right hearing aid for less than 1 second to increase the volume, and press the button on the left hearing aid for less than 1 second to decrease it. Mine have worked great. Hearing much improved. Just ask my wife and grand daughters.

I do not hear anything
These units are not for profoundly deaf people. It says so in the user guide.
