Colorado on motorcycle looks amazing. Awesome job on this episode. Fantastic production values. Great mix of vlog, POV and drone. Love, love it! I truly appreciate your work. Looking forward to the next one.
I have a 21” front wheel and when those 18 wheelers go by on a windy day at speed it gets my adrenaline up. With all those miles I am sure you have had some wild moments on the road.
There are three rides in the Western Slope that I recommend. 1st, West Elk loop, from Gunnison, go North to Crested Butte, turn left/west at the 4 way stop and ride to the end of town where the dirt starts, continue over Kebler Pass to Paonia State park, take 133 West past the town of Paonia to Hotchkiss, go south to Lake Fork @ US 50 and head East back to Gunnison or 2nd, just East of Lake Fork, past Sapinero is the Lake City Cut Off (dirt) which takes you to CO 149 which can take you back to North to US 50 or South to Lake City. 3rd is CO 1, take CO 131 North off of I-70 @ Wolcott to State Bridge, turn right on CO 1 and ride through some beautiful scenery on this dirt road to Kremmling (@US40), from there, you can go to Steamboat, Grand Lake, etc. These dirt roads are very well maintained and you will see 2, 4, 6, wheelers now and then and even the occasional horse trailer. (I saw a flock of hundreds of sheep being herded over Kebler once). BTW, you can also turn East on 133 from Paonia State Park to go to Redstone, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, Aspen and Independent pass. For the best Mexican food on the Western Slope, from the corner of Main and Tomichi in Gunnison, go South 50yds. Across the street from the Elks Lodge. Note: some of these dirt roads may be seasonal.

I used to go up there quite a bit. There is a great restaurant in Cfrested Butte and I just can't remember the name of i. It is a true short order place with a cook that is a real show. The food was incredible. I think Crested Butte is my favorite place in that part of Colorado.
