- June 23rd: The day starts early to catch the ferry from Bodø to LOFOTEN! A highly requested travel destination from you guys - I hope you like it!
It's a misty and foggy day, but the scenery still delivers.
I arrived in Moskenes, did a detour out to Å, before continuing west doing small detours here and there. I ended the day at Rystad Lofoten Camping.

Even in the foggy and cloudy weather, the Norway coast is magical.

I live in the North of Sweden and i'm so close to the border of Norway that I have come for a ride with my son, to visit the northern part of Norway and Lofoten.

Hi, I was in Senja and Lofoten during 11.-14.7. I was prepared for cold and rainy weather, but it was sunny and 26 C! Well, you never know. Lofoten is a amazing place, but I recommend also Senja. Senja is not so crowded and so better place for riding.

We have been there on our bikes just a week later than you (even had a coffee at the same place) - blue skies and 25 C, we were even swimming in the ocean. It is really beautiful and epic! And like all well-known beautiful spots on earth it is crowded with tourists. But hey, we ourselfes are one of them... 🤒

Even under clouds and in fog, Runa shows us that Norway is stunningly beautiful. I enjoyed the dramatic music you chose for today's look at one of the most beautiful countries in the world in which to travel on a motorcycle. Alas, though, you disappointed a lot of us today, dear Runa when you revealed that you have a boyfriend. lol. Just kidding but a compliment. You are such a lovely girl with a great attitude. And, you are a robust Viking. I like the fact you mostly live outdoors. You camp. You don't stay in five star hotels everywhere like some other moto vloggers whom I follow. I feel Lucky. Arrived yesterday on the Lofoten, leaving tomorrow. 3 days of sunny, warm weather. Drove 2 days in the rain to get there, likely tomorrow wil be rain again later the day in Sweden.

Last years I arrived in the end of Lofoten in the evening. My plan was to stay any days but when I saw the amount of people, the camping-cars stored in each flat surface like in a Tetris game…. I just sleept one night and took the first ferry to Bodo…
If one time I could return I will choose
An other period… (not August) But it’s a very beautiful place.

Hi Runa, I went at 16.07.2023 from Bodø to Moskenes Lofoten with my motorbike. The weather was so bad, it was rainy and windy. I was looking to a house or a pension, but the answer was always, is full, is full.I was at Lofoten Beach Camp, it was so windy that I didn't want to pitch my tent. My mobilphone wasn't going on, why the akku was empty. Later I went to Lofoten Camping Storfjord, it was not so windy there, why the area isn' t at the beach. I then pitched my tent in the rain, pulled the sleeping bag over my head and didn't want to see anything. The next day it rained again, and I packed my tent wet. Too bad, I only saw the Lofoten in the rain. I had had enough of Lofoten, so I went to Bjerkvik. From there I rode south, over Trondheim to Oslo, Sweden, Denmark to Germany again. I wanted to go to Nordcap, but my motorbike chain was worn out because of the many rainy days.. It was a long ride, about about 5500 km. And now, I am glad to be back in Germany. I wish you another beautiful journey. Ride safe, I watch your videos and I like them a lot. By Udo.

yes, definitely you need more stuff up in Norway. especially if you want to spend the night outside in a tent. I also wanted to go to Lofoten 2 years ago... I canceled because of the wet and cold
Don't worry about quality of your content. Everybody who did a journey like this knows days like these. Having a brake and a coffee always helps me out too. So it's nice to be reminded that days like these happen too when you are on the road. Your smile makes it worth watching anyway!
