I love these guys and ty for the vid i was having a hard time finding the caves, i just hope they can get a buff in the future for the imprint problem and for such a high end tame its such a shame there such bad fighters and there forge mode is horrible.

*Biggest failure is that Magmasaur might/will at some point as it grows require Ambergris, this is the food originally used to feed Magma babies and unfortunately those are not in Lost Island. What this means is that you end up with it wanting to eat Ambergris, you not having any = imprinting stops.*
Can you not cryo it to change the imprint to a cuddle or walk? Every other Dino you can do that with but I’ve never raised a magmasaur so I’m not sure

For those playing on Fjordur, use a desmodus. go in during night so you can use invis (unless ur able to go invis while in caves; i don’t remember. In that case, go any time of day) and land next to the egg, hop off really quick, grab the egg really quick, and fly out. Very easy

For the wyverns too
How do you have 300 percent speed
@@benjamindkosdepending on the tame, some movement speed go up with like 1% but some go up with like 5% so just get a good one and only level movement speed

Thank you! Sulfur works for me but it wasn’t eating the Abergris❤
Reason for that is that Abergris restores too much food, dinos dont overfed themself so you either have to give them food that got less value or forcefeed them until their max food is higher
12/24 They don't eat sulfer yet on PS4 lost Island. I just had two starve to death with a full invo of sulfer.

@@BeannyYT no problem. You might want to add that on PS4 they don't eat sulfer on any map. I tried then. Also we don't have the higher levels patch either. I'm starting to think Wild Card doesn't like Sony much lol

So you can’t tame the magmasaur by anyway if you see a wild one. The only way is by an egg so it’s like the wyverns

Are you sure it's not working on Xbox because it works for me and I raised mags with sulfur over the weekend. Or is it lost island specifically that's not working? I raised them on Gen1 with sulfur and it worked flawlessly

I took my griffin skilled about 1k stam and 10k hp then put him on passive rushed in grabbed the egg and flew out. He took a few hits but survived fairly easily. The problem is was more with me as I nearly burned to death with only 40 hp left

Haha I literally snagged 2 lvl 95 eggs earlier today and got away with exactly 40 hp lol think I took 2 or 3 of the fireblasts

@@KaFullah the notes say something about the lava on lost island being LESS Lethal than the lava on other maps so im.guessing it'll take a few hits if you got good armor and high hp

ty. i used a maewing to raise 2 wyverns 0 issues. so i figured same with the magmasaur but no it died lol......... o well at least it wasnt max lvl one.
Why did it die? The maewing should work if you had sulphur loaded up
I'd like to know cuz I just got 2 95 eggs on official and I really need them to survive. Everyone keeps stealing my metal and I got forges everywhere hidden. It's like their watching me seriously 😳

Every time i pick up an egg it spoils, have you experienced this and is there a reason why it does it or a way to fix it?
Wild eggs spoil in 7 days. They will still appear in the nest but once you pick it up it'll dissapear in your inventory

Its bugged, it wont eat sulfur in the new map. My baby magmasaur died because of this dumb glitch. I expect a fix to be rolled out in a couple of days

If you cryo a creature ans chuck it back out the requirement for imprint changes
Got my first magma, a beautiful pink with blue and yellow tips. I named her smog. Took her out for a test run, and she got demolished by a stego instantly.
So I killed the entire stego race for 2 1/2 hours

I had the magmasaur picked up by a maewing, I noticed it disappeared, I removed it and my fuckin magmasaur fell through the map in the desert and died! Ark never changes, but Lost Island has no optimization and is really buggy.

I just hatched a baby magmasaur and is not eating any of the sulfur I put in its inventory. Had to cryopod it until I find the other type of food cause I'm afraid the food will go all the way down

@@Omgitzbri_ you can’t force feed it and I did the same thing had to sit for over an out just constantly healing it are there any stats you can buff on the owl to make it heal more? I know stamina to make it heal longer but I want it to heal more health per second

@@mostunique5941 my air conditioner only cools air, my furnace heats it. The games air conditioner I'm talking about. I've never used it to heat up eggs
@@jasonfidler3363 ohhh ok, well in the game it works both ways. You can heat and cool eggs. You can also hatch different types of eggs. So wyvern and dodo eggs could be hatched right next to each other

Thanks for the feedback but the video was 4 minutes long. Normally youtubers would have made it 10 minutes long for the ad revenue. I was just trying to put my style into it, instead of a boring info dump which no one would subscribe to
