Hi Huey, Great to see you again on the videos and it looked like you really enjoyed those tails. Please tell Jerry that it looked absolutely delicious.
These looked like they turned out amazing! One thing I like to do with butterflied lobster is to loosen the meat from the shell before cooking them. I still leave them attached by the tail, but it makes it easier to eat
This is a good tip! Because admittedly the meat can sometimes be hard to take out of the shell even when cooked… not a great diner experience even if it does taste so good!
Hi Jerry, unfortunately those lobster tails are hard to find around here, since I'm not living close to the sea in any which way, but I'll definitively give it a try when available. And, btw.: I'm still missing the "parrot-line" line, which should really become a running gag...
You're awfully generous to share grilled lobster tail with Huey! It's just starting to get warm here in NY, and this could help me kick off the grilling season the right way!
LOOKS FANTASTIC!!
Lobster never disappoints!

He’s very happy to be back on camera - especially since that meant a bite of lobster!

Nice video. Never tried grilling lobster but I think I’m going to try. Thank you.
It can be a bit scary due to the cost of lobster and fear of overcooking it, but it's worth the effort!
Mouth-watering - Yum!!
Excellent video. Tasted great!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Both were great, but I liked Version 2 better.... Thanks for the video!!
I tend to agree. Also this version was a lot easier to prepare vs the butterfly method in my first one.
Suddenly feel the need to purchase a Weber Q
