This was the video I never knew I needed, I feel like I played Silence II as effectively as I could but seeing you do this “how to play” video has taught me some new tips and tricks, then again there are many variables in GP where you either start in front, middle or the back.
Though I'm not daring enough for the last jump cut in GPs, it helps to learn the benefits of the extra boost at the start before the first jump plate, especially as the track progresses and mines clear out. Cutting that first jump helps makes the landing a lot less awkward.
This track has FAR more options than I realized, wow. Excellent analysis, thanks for this! 18:42 This is the move of choice for me with Stingray... 😅 The risk that comes with the quad-jump stuff spooks me, haha. I also like to point my nose directly at the sunset in the background as a reference point, for that bit of extra angle that is safely consistent every time.
I use the thumb stick and didn't realize that was the reason for the wide jumps on this track. I use stingray, so this helped a lot. If you haven't already, could you go over the jump on the death wind white land special course?

Update: the new Frozen Silence II does not have this aforementioned sunset... my reference point strategy was in shambles lol
Excellent in depth analysis of Silence II, I’d love to see more how to play videos of the rest of the Ace tracks!
Very underrated commentary
Nice breakdown as usual 👌
I need to learn d-pad.
I might try integrating it more and more for online play

I'd have to start collecting vids on white wind so might take a while but I'll try
34:17 embarrassing lol
