    You live in a beautiful area, nice houses, nice roads, nice nature and not to crowded. Greetings from The Netherlands!

    Potholes are a real nuisance in the UK and a quick fix can be just as bad, just be careful people and keep your eyes open, I've finally had my XR Josh, just had it over a week and it is awesome (Motorsport colours) and the weather is starting to get better here slowly ....WooooHoooo ...👍👌😁

      Nothing quite like when the weather starts to turn. Congrats on the bike! I am a fan of the color scheme you got! It looks like the weather is going to not play nice for my appointment so I might have to back it up...ugh.

    Sometimes a beautiful ride doesn’t have the best roads.

    Good tips for Spring riding! Potholes are my pet peeves on the road. Lol us riders are invisible creatures on the road! I hear you about becoming a part with your ride again. I need to put new rubbers on my wheels so I can go do some twisties. Take care and be safe out there!👇 Congrats on your channel growth!👍

      Appreciate the support mate. I've been busy for sure lately with a number of things. How are things on your side of the pond? Lockdowns still in effect?

      @@ThrottleBackRubberDown Hey buddy, yeah still locked down until 12th April. I'm taking a few weeks to chill. But dealers keen to get back at it as soon as possible. Hoping the 12th April happens as planned.

    Great tips man. Those patch jobs for the potholes can end up being slick as all get out too. Layering is also key, but some of us have no storage sooooooo we go out freezing and hope it warms up hahah

      @ThrottleBackRubberDown  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hahaha...yeah...the storage issue is a real thing! I have far less on this bike than my last but the addition of a top case was a must for me because I like to have a quick place to stuff a few goodies. Cheers brother.

      I am irritated with mother nature...supposed to be in the 30's and heavy rain on my appointment date...likely will need to reschedule.

    Hey there. I know it's completely out of topic but I was wondering if this bike burns any oil. I know their cars are notorious for that (I've had 530i that used a quarter per 1700 miles). None of the Japanese motorcycles that I've owned in the past (all Suzuki 😁) used a drop of oil. Also have you experienced that engine stalling ever again?

    • @ThrottleBackRubberDown
      @ThrottleBackRubberDown  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Happy to report no issues burning oil over the first 5,000 miles. I have not had an issue with the stalling but am still waiting for summer heat to see if my theory plays out. I have a not on file at my dealer regarding it so if it resurfaces I may drop it off and get me a loaner ;) but so far so good.
