Just bought this exact truck.. Came from driving Fords my whole life and had all the bells and whistles.. Was looking at Ram.. Let me tell you folks... All that stuff breaks! 60k miles and electrical problems.. Ford did ride better and nice as hell in king ranch, but I truly believe all this new technology is to ahead of it's time.. Tundra has the stuff that makes sense.

The reason I went with Tundra..."big knobs".

Lol. Are you sure reliability had nothing to do with it?

Headlights are led as well as fog lights. Whats not led are the blinkers.

You are correct, my mistake, these are LED headlights.

Its a tough choice. I like the 1794 because of the interior

So was he for the truck or not? Seems like he had more bad things to say about it that good? I think I'm going with the Ram 1500 5.7 Black with blacked out badges.

I think I would too. I love Toyota as a brand and definitely cannot beat the reliability which historically you cannot say about RAM unfortunately. But the outdated electronics, poor gas mileage would probably steer me towards RAM as well. Now the new Tundra is scheduled to be released I believe next year so if you can hold off it could be a completely different game.

@@MattTheCarguy the v6 isn’t the problem it’s that they wanna twin turbo a v6 which is never good or reliable idea which is what Toyota is supposed to be all about

I own a 19’ 1794. Great truck! .. 2022 models in my opinion are a disaster. And ugly. If you find a used one of these, 2018-2021, buy it.

1794 ia one of my favorite trims. Definitely a solid truck ! What dont you like about the new ones? Besides the look which is subjective.
