    If you check out my full review on the 2021 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition, you will see that we have purchased our own 2021 Tundra in the SR5 trim with the TRD Off-Road Package. I will do a POV video on our new Tundra when it arrives.

    Wish they put this interior in the sequoia. For some reason they have the old interior in the sequoia. This looks so much better.

    A buddy of mine had a 2015 Tundra that I rode in several times. It wasn't the TRD but I think it was just the TSS but I remember it rode very soft and soaked up all the imperfections. Combined with the huge seats and enormous amount of space it was an extremely comfortable place to be in.

    • @MeynMotorGroup
      @MeynMotorGroup  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yea even standard the Tundra ride def isn't bad it soaks up the larger bumps really well. TRD off Road bilstein shocks take it to the next level isolates out those smaller bumps kinda brings the ride closer to the new RAM

    I am retired and I drive like that ! Lol , no hurry.
    Owned a crewcab and upgraded to a crewmax ( love it!.) My wife drives a Rav4 , Toyota is reliability.

    Great truck, better review! I like that you see the value and the underdogs in each class of vehicle and don’t simply subscribe the the “mainstream” rhetoric! Thanks Kevin keep doing it your way!

      Hey that's awesome my friend yea if you can 2020 is a good year for the Tundra they made further changes to make the vehicle feel more refined and stable on the highway and I believe that is when they added push button start to most of their models

    Hey great review, it's not a model we get hear in Australia but do enjoy seeing what other countries get to drive. I think it would do well here as the off road "Utes" are the in thing. We do have the Ram 1500 and 2500 and they are becoming more popular on the road, I guess Toyota has the build quality. Thanks again.

      Oh wow that is interesting yea I noticed there are a lot of vehicles Australia does not get but I feel could do well there. Appreciate you watching like always my friend!

    I love this truck, my mother just picked on up. I came to visit her and got to drive it. The front seat is my favorite part ( besides it being fast ). The front of the seat will extend out to fill your thigh. The way Mercedes does and some BMW’s. It’s makes a great ride for a tall person when the seat feels like a lazy boy

    Gave you your 100th like on this vid because of @09:40 I would have had harsher choice words for that slow poke. I'm looking into the TSS blackout package, but don't need a 5.7L - I have to haul ac & heating equipment from time to time to some of my dealers and my current Nissan Frontier honestly struggles quite a bit. I like the Tundra because I hear it is exceptionally reliable and durable.

    • @MeynMotorGroup
      @MeynMotorGroup  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha appreciate that my friend 😂 and yea that driver was really something for sure, in NC this is an everyday occurrence, got rolling road blocks everywhere.
      But yea Tundra is a great no nonsense hauler. I think it will handle your tasks extremely well, won't let you down and resale value is phenomenal.
      I will say if you are towing, I believe Toyota got rid of the Transmission cooler in the 2020 model year so you may have to get one aftermarket If you plan on towing.
      Hope this helps

    Toyota reliability is boring, no tranny issues, starts evry time, if u want an interesting ownershp experience get a ford

    • @MeynMotorGroup
      @MeynMotorGroup  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I heard some Ford guys bought a new F-150 and unfortunately started to have Transmission issues at 4k and 9k miles. But of course you have the other end of the spectrum where someone buys an F-150 and it lasts for 300k miles without any issue. Reliability is such a subjective thing and every car is just different. This is why I gotta have a Warranty on every car

    • @bobby3944
      @bobby3944 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MeynMotorGroup I know a person with a new F150 and yes he has had transmission issues with just a few thousand miles on it. That is unacceptable. In regards to high mileage F150's, I had a 1999 many years ago and it went 300K+ miles but so many ancillary systems had broken over it's life. Tundras for me for the last several years.

    Would you recommend a genesis g80 2015 or 2017 Lincoln MKZ? I like how the Lincoln looks and the prestige better but the genesis seems a lot of car for the price.

      I have a 2017 tundra and my drivers side power mirror control mount plate piece was rattling to bass so I popped that piece out with just my fingers and put some smallish pieces of foam and sandwiched them in there and snapped the piece back down into place and after 3 or 4 tries now there is no more rattle👍
