21 is the ultimate and has 40 MORE hp, dont let them fool you. They increase Hp by adding a 10 speed tranny on the twin turbo tacoma motor for 22. The 2021 Tundra SR 8 foot bed is the ultimate truck and I will never be able to replace it.

I own a 2019 1794… omg, i love it!!.. I’m sooo glad i bought it when i did, (pre-pandemic) 0% for 5 years, been an awesome truck so far. Same color too. I have no desire for the 2022… Far too expensive and a bit on the ugly side. I’m keeping mine till the wheels fall off! 👍

Definitely get one with a V8 because turbocharging is not a free lunch

I just bought one 2 weeks ago this exact same spec, with a lift, and I waited 2-3 years to get a hold of one. Not letting this one go anytime soon.

I know that people bag on the Tundra for its age and few frills, but its simplicity will be missed most assuredly. With so much technology baked into the new model, it will not be as trouble-free as this model.(tons of moving parts =maintenance). And this one looks way better than the new one that can be mistaken for a Canyonero/Silverado twin.

I just received my 2021 limited tundra. Thank God I bought this . The new 2022 motor has a coating on the cylinders and valves instead of steel sleeves ( Ford did this and has oil consumption problems) The jury is still out on 22 engine reliability
