I seriously have sooo much respect for him!! Yes, baking is hard and very physical but if you truly love it'll be a blessing everyday to put out beautiful products. I'm planning on following my passion of becoming a pastry chef and so sick of all the negative comments from people who had given up on the industry saying "Oh, it's hard a.f and you get shitty pay".
this video is very motivating, hopefully the man's wishes and dreams are achieved! everything that comes from the heart always makes us feel easy to do, even if others say it's difficult.
Australia is a good country, yeah years ago it is until inflation hit upon us, houses and prices went up over the years that nobody can call Australia home anymore. But anyways I love your video, make me want to go back to work in a bakery myself as a bakery assistant.
I pray for you.......may GOD your all dreams are come true.......may GOD you get all your targets. You are very hard worker and hardworking always gives flowers
I am studying at vocational colleges in Malaysia.actually my department has two courses; culinary art and bakery & pastry. so I chosed bakery course. cuz it's not really complicated and it is my truly passion
I am impressed with your attitude and work ethic. I realize I'm watching this video nearly 4 years later...so are you still at the same bakery, a different bakery, or have you fulfilled your dream of opening up your OWN bakery? (your breads look delicious by the way!!)
Thank you for your comment. I have heard that because of some family and health issues (spinal pain due to job involving hard physical labor), the character is no longer a baker. As the producer, I am so touched by your attention and your kind words. Although fate put him on another path, it would be truly heartwarming for him to know that there is someone who has been interested in his dream and his life over the past few years.
Hello I am Ko Jae Young who is making bread. I'm a person who is gathering in Korea. I'm going to watch the video. Come quietly and hold out your hand.~~~
Became a citizen with that broken english skills, became a head baker with that baking skills ( I'm a baker myself with just over 3 years exp and find nothing impressive about everything he did in the video, very underwhelming tbh). Similar story as I'm a baker and trying hard to get my citizenship but in Canada, I guess it's just easier in Australia.
I just don’t understand immigration? You abandon your family and homeland for what? Money? So sad and then your children become first generation not Vietnam nam! What is wrong with your country? Now it’s a top vacationing spot! I just don’t understand. Perfect example is all the Indians from Asia coming here for education in medicine which is fine...but they stay here Bc they become rich oh no not in their country. They just don’t want to be poor or just make a few rubes...? You should return to Your country and help Your ppl! Oh well...
Just because a place is a top vacation spot doesn't mean it a great place to live... People have different passions in life and sometimes they're not able to do that in the country they're from : )

Why do you think its easier in Australia then CA?
