@@aleksaboteo5154 ok, so fluids like water are newtonian. But some don't follow Newtons fluid law. This means that the viscosity isn't constant. For example, quicksand. The more you shake it the more viscous it becomes. Ketchup on the other hand, is more runny if you shake it.

The Chef was very clear on her instructions and Elizabeth was super poised doing this frying. By the end of this I would’ve had things on fire in comparison. This was an interesting watch.

Except all of the times she used non-correct terminology. lol For instance: lemons do not have 'lobes' so it's a little misleading to call slicing a thick side cut of lemon peel a 'lobe'. Elizabeth was kinda correct when she asked if she meant like the wide slice of zest that a bartender would slice and the chef had no idea what that was.
This isnt fair, Elizabeth Olsen is way too competent and Carlas a really good teacher. 8/10 not enough shenanigans
They probably could have tried for a crazier recipe, but i think they were new ingredients to her and not everyone has made their own batter.

It's kinda refreshing to see her doing well and being all competent. These style videos are usually annoying to watch with people trying to be funny and not trying. I liked it 👌
It's not just that she's competent, she asks a questions in order to make sure she's doing exactly what she's being asked to do. In other episodes when someone is given instructions they just do something to continue the process without asking the chef if that's actually what they should be doing.
