You can live anywhere in the Houston Area that makes you feel comfortable. You will most likely need a car to go places. It is very hot outside (just stay cool and hydrated) Other than that, I welcome you to Houston, Texas.
The most important thing is to make sure you buy a house that is not in a flood zone. Do your research. Enter the address of the property to see if it is on a flood plain. msc.fema.gov/portal/home
There are areas in Houston where you have to have flood and wind insurance and it’s not cheap. I know Seabrook is one of them, but check with a local realtor first. It does flood here when it rains.
I’m sorry but as far as Pearland is concerned, this is not accurate. There are 3 school districts and your Pearland Town Center directory is from years ago
Wow !! Great video covering all the important details
Gee thanks for this, now the riff raff will now know where to move to.
You forgot the schools in Alvin ISD that service several neighborhoods in Pearland.
Dam what's wrong with Porter, TX appreciate your feed back doing research on Suburbs in Houston wanting to move there 🤔
Porter isn't that super popular. I've been to Porter before, it's a nice place. Nothing is wrong with Porter.🙂
@@yisensworld appreciate it
how about new caney? thoughts

Looking to relocate to Houston from Seattle anything I should keep in mind when moving there?

You’re doing a big mistake
You need a car. Every area doesn’t have a bus system. It gets very hot in the summer.
The background music is too loud and make hearing difficult, otherwise the information is excellent and useful. Thanks
Which are the flooding areas in and around Houston?
There are some areas that tend to flood during heavy storms. I can make a video list the neighborhoods in Houston area that flood occasionally.
@@yisensworld Yes, that would be helpful. Thanks

Shout out Richmond!
How about Kingwood?
It's on the Top 10 Best Neighborhoods in Houston video.
Kingwood is nice because they're very few apartments there which keeps the undesirables out but it floods there if a big storm hits.
Naww don’t move to houston to much traffic We already full lol
