The printer became as good as new. Epson suggest to get the software fixed but it is too expensive my service center says.
Just purchased the cleaning kit. So thankful it's available for same day delivery via Prime. Hoping this works because my ET-2750 is only 4 years old and I've only printed 189 times with it according to the print counter. I've done a print head cleaning at least 5 times now along with 2 power cleanings but the black will still only print with a very faint outline of fonts. It won't print at all on a nozzle check or alignment. @@BestPrinters I just finished and it worked like a charm! Fortunately I rescue squirrels so am familiar with syringe feeding & food warming, but people who aren't might have issues, especially if they're elderly. I'm very happy with the results and your video gave excellent guidance. Just gave you a 5-star rating on Amazon. Thanks so much!
Thank for that feedback! I am glad you were able to manage and get your printhead cleaned. Also thank you for the review, that really helps! Have a great day!
Hi, I'm using your kit and started with the black, as you did in your video, but I can't push the solution through even though I heated the solution on the stovetop in a glass jar placed in a waterbath, 3 separate times in succession. I'm exerting a lot of pressure trying to push the syringe, but it won't budge. Thanks.
If you have used warmed up solution and it's still not budging, try leaving the syringe and silicone tubing attached to the nozzle and make the towel on the bottom moist and leave overnight. This may allow for things to loosen up for you to ultimately push solution through please respond in a separate comment if you have an update or would like to respond so I can be notified.
What if when you did your maintenance checks and literally no ink prints ? I was getting vertical lines prior and at times just blotches on the paper. Would I use the same method?
Thanks! I used your kit to clean all four colors. I thought the printer was toast. A little messy though, so be sure to use latex gloves. At first the printer wouldn't print at all, but after leaving it sitting for 24 hours, the printing miraculously started to work (faintly), but two print head cleaning cycles from the Epson printer interface cleared everything up and it's all good!
Epson ET-2750 printer purchased 2021. Issues with printing. The instructions say to fill the ink, however the tank is indicating they are quite full. The colours work then don't work. We have tried flushing the print head - not a lot of luck. The black worked magnificently. The red was working then when a picture was printed there was no red. Could there be an issue with the ink? Could we add something to the ink in the tank? Not really sure what we can do. Have you any advice or further trouble shooting, please.
This usually works and has already for CM&Y but not K. I've run a couple ounces at least of isopropyl alcohol through to some paper towel underneath and it's still not printing but showing full ink on a new cartridge. Sounds like the printhead dead no? Or do I just keep going a few more rounds?
Awesome video. Purchased the cleaning kit just ran the nozzle check and flushed the heads out. The color segments are not printing still. Only the black color. Any other suggestions?
Hi, great video! I bought the solution and follow what you have thought. The black ink went well however I face a lot of resistance with the color inks even after flushing it twice on the yellow one, don’t have enough solution to flush twice for the other 2 colors. Ithe colors still did not come out on after nozzle check Appreciate advise. Thanks
Hi Best Printers, Have you ever used this product with an Epson ET-2550-? I am able to clean printer head but not the lines.. and I may need more color ink but I have black and only need black at this time. Can you help? Thank you... or should I just save time and buy an HP jet printer? TY
SO the printhead is the only thing you really need to clean. After doing the cleaning run a power cleaning. You should have full quality once you complete those two things.
UPDATE: I did a "power cleaning" and that fixed my problem. I probably didn't need to order and perform the cleaning with the Printhead Cleaning Kit. Followed directions after ordering the cleaner. It's the magenta that is causing my problems. Ran multiple head cleaning and nozzle check after cleaning, still no magenta showing up on the nozzle check printout. Any suggestions?
Hi! I did the steps from the video and also power-cleaned the printer. However, I noticed how all colors were used except for black while power cleaning. Does this mean there's an issue with my black ink in the ink tank? Also the inks have been there for at least 9 months, what should I do? THANK YOUU
Hey I got a question…I accidentally set up my brand new ET2750 I load couple of the inks and I forgot to load up the black and the yellow… but I filled them afterwards, but it doesn’t give me an options to charge the black and the yellow… eventhough I reset the ink the black and the yellow still not printing or showing… what should I do ??
Hello, I've replaced the ink and cleaned the ink cartridges and printhead. I did the nozzle check, print head cleaning and power cleaning and nothing has worked. The horizontal printing isn't working well and when I print out the sheet all the segments are spaced apart none touch at all or overlap. Idk what else to try. If you can please put some input on what else i can do. Thank you.
Great video. Can't wait to give it a try. I do have a question however. It is possible that the clog is at the supply tank into the vein as opposed to at the print head?
Sorry, I have a chestion, when the cleaning is finished the ink how it come to the printer head ? Because when I cleaning there is then cleaning water in the tube and no ink, when I am finished.
I just ordered the cleaning kit because two of my colours are not coming out well and one not at all. I was just wondering should I fill my ink before cleaning? My ink levels are half full or more on all. I have done head cleaning and a power clean and left off for 24hrs then I did it again but still not working, hence why I ordered your cleaner. Please advise I just want to know if it would be best to fill ink first. Thanks
How did you center the printhead? When you power off the printer, the print head automatically moves to the right hand side and the printer locks it there.
Great tutorial! my only question is- once you're finished, do you run a nozzle check or do you need to clean the printer head after? Like what's the follow up afterwards? TIA
Directions were great followed them to the T. But I am now having issues with the one that I cleaned. The cartridge will not refill again. Any tips on correcting that?
Hi… thanks for posting this. I followed your tutorial and it work great except now my prints and very feint/wishy washy… like the ink has been diluted… any advice please 🙏

I have the Epson ET-2720 and the top glass does not lift up so I can't get to the print nozzles. All the colors stopped working. Is there any way to fix this printer?
Followed the instructions. The next day tried to run the nozzel check but suddenly the printer went off and I can't get it back on - seem like it died. Pulled plug and replaced but still nothing. Although I took steps to make sure it was dry, not sure if it shorted due to the solution? Anything I can do to save the printer or is it a goner?
The printer still won't turn on. I appreciate you offering a solution to fix the ink blockage but you should be more clear that this could also completely brick your printer. Although it has been proven to work, perhaps this isn't the best approach for trying to fix given failure results in hundreds of dollars wasted.@@BestPrinters
I cannot push the syringe down. The pressure build up in the ink tank is not allowing it. In other words I can't push any fluid through. What do I need to do l?
Hoping you get this and have an Idea...Bought your solution and flushed everything. Everything flowing well and even pulled ink back into the print head cartridges. All colors are not printing at all!! It's like its not pulling the ink out of the tanks. There is ink from tank to nozzle but not to paper.....any ideas?
Cleaning went well. I cleaned all the four inks. Although it started to work with anemic results, as I printed, the ink almost completely disappeared. It seems that the ink is not coming to the print head. What can I do to fix this? Tks
Will the cleaning kit work with an Epson 2720. Also my problem seems to have occurred when I overfilled the magneta and now I can only print back or pink. Any suggestions?
Have you changed your cleaning kit? I clicked on the direct link in your video and was taken to Amazon which showed Best Printers cleaning kit. I was sent a generic version with parts that clearly do not fit each other.
@Best Printers I may not have made myself clear. The kit I was sent did not say anywhere on it Best Printers. There was only one adapter that definitely did not fit the tube (it was way too small). I'm wondering if your original kit has been changed? Amazon claimed it was the correct kit. Looking back at the transaction, even though I clicked on the link provided here (it did take me to Best Printers kit) it was not Amazon or Best Printers who sent it. There was a 3rd party. I'm trying to figure out if this is supposed to be the kit you are selling or if the issue is on Amazon's side. I've ordered 2 and sent back 2. They do not resemble the kit you describe in your video or on your website.
I have an Epson WF-2750. I have tried cleaning the nozzles multiple times, all I get are faint magenta lines and low ink warnings even though I have replaced ALL the inks with new. I am so frustrated. Will this work with my printer (if it works)?? I looked at the product on Amazon, I don't see my printer listed. :(
Brandon I have this printer and i have a question when I print a photo when it comes out there are white lines in the photo is there a setting for this or should I clean the way you did with the cleaner...or should I get an extra lazer printer for photos...thanks
Hey Rick, yes so try going into your settings on your computer and make sure it is set to print on photo paper. If it already is then this kit will help with the problem.
Help- my printer head does not move like yours. Turned off it is to the very right of the printer and I feel it will break if I force it. I got the screw out but it wont open up. How to move it to the middle? I have tried to turn it on and see if i can get it to stop in the middle but it always goes to the right. Any tips would help.

Hey buddy, I flushed all of my print heads and did all the steps you recommended but it is barely printing the colors, they are real light. At least the black used to work but now it barely prints too. Can you tell me what I did wrong? Thanks!
I have an issue in that my black ink will simply not go into the reservoir! It's been fine before, now I turn it upside down & it will not drip into the tank. I have the Epson ET-2750. Any help will be appreciated, thanks!!
Hi, I just saw your video. A very good attempt to help people. I want to ask you if you could help me fix my printer problem please. It is printing haphazardly in portions of the page.
When our ink supply on the ET 2750 is completely full we get an error message that warns "low ink please check ink levels." every time we print. test printing looks ok.
Okay, so this is what I did to get it back up and running. First of all I was getting cyan to print with lines after purchasing your product and did exactly what was shown on your video cyan no longer printed at all. Warmed up the solution and tried again still nothing. I decide to use the syringe that you provided but instead of loading the solution since I know heads were unclogged I decided to use the cyan ink and decided to prime the ink back in with the syringe and that did it. Printer back in perfect running solution.
after going through this procedure, none of the colors work, the tanks have never been below 3/4 full. wondering if the clog is somewhere before the cartridge
@@BestPrinters so do you think I should run more solvent through the cartridges or the actual printhead? I was wondering too if a clog in the cartridge wasnt allowing for ink to by siphoned into the cartridge, I ordered new cartridges to see if that would help.
What if after i used the cleaning solution then power cleaned, then head cleaned, then nozzle checked and no ink came out, and then after trying again for a nozzle clean it gave me an error message, and now every time i turn it on it just goes straight to error message. Do i have to wait 12 hours before it does something? Maybe another power clean might help? Just dunno how to get around the error msg now
I was getting the colors but no black printing. I tried head cleaning and it didn't help. I tried using the kit to flush the black, and when pushing slowly on the syringe, the tube popped off and I got black ink everywhere. Any other suggestions?
You will need to warm up the solution and reapply. Gently steady pressure will eventually allow for the blockage to break and you'll be able to clean the printhead.
So after the flushing, what about the left over cleaning solution? Will it containment the rest of the ink when it starts to fill the print head chamber?
So i left mine in the closet for 2 years, Pulled it out used this cleaning solution. IT fixed all colors except black. The cartridge that the tube pushes the ink into will not fill and print. I have checked the tube it is not clogged. Any thoughts?
You can also remove the cartridge and clean the nozzle at the bottom of the printhead. That should do it. Please refer to this updated video, th-cam.com/video/uN0_IhSLvvw/w-d-xo.html
@@BestPrinters Its no longer clogged, its not sucking ink from the ink bay. and i know thats not clogged cause i used the syringe to and pushed air and it bubbled the ink.

@@BestPrinters FYI that I just sent you a support question via Amazon regarding an issue that developed...
Thank you for making life a little bit easier...
Any time!
Great to hear!
Thanks for the video.
I have a question a friend lent me this printer but I can't lower the upper door, where is the release button?
You have to push it up before it unlocks and comes down.
Can I use the cleaning kit for sublimation printing?
This usually works and has already for CM&Y but not K. I've run a couple ounces at least of isopropyl alcohol through to some paper towel underneath and it's still not printing but showing full ink on a new cartridge. Sounds like the printhead dead no? Or do I just keep going a few more rounds?
Keep on doing the cleaning a few more times and make sure you the power cleaning once you are done with the kit.
I had a black clip fall off when I was putting the paper towel on and was curious if you had a pic or video so I can put it back on thank you
Awesome video. Purchased the cleaning kit just ran the nozzle check and flushed the heads out. The color segments are not printing still. Only the black color. Any other suggestions?
You will need to run a power cleaning after running the kit.
:( I have an error message that I cannot bypass after I completed the cleaning kit instructions.
Thanks
Hi, just run power cleaning until the color returns.
It did work for me. It went from not printing at all to printing perfectly well, but I had to do a power clean.
Glad to hear that!
Hi Best Printers,
Have you ever used this product with an Epson ET-2550-?
Make sure Magenta is totally full and run another power cleaning.
Hi! I did the steps from the video and also power-cleaned the printer. However, I noticed how all colors were used except for black while power cleaning. Does this mean there's an issue with my black ink in the ink tank? Also the inks have been there for at least 9 months, what should I do? THANK YOUU
Not necessarily, repeat the process until all the colors return though.
In the settings there should be an option to charge the ink after set up.
Where can I buy a extra empty cartridge for my ink. The pink cartridge nozzle broke right were the tube connects
You will have to look up the replacement part. Maybe on eBay.
Thank you.
You will need to repeat the cleaning process again and you may need to also warm up the fluid over boiling water, and reapply warmed up solution.
Can you tell me how to get the printer to go through the initialization process again where it will charge the ink?
Amen, havent been able to find this info for months...
Yes run a power cleaning.
Great video. Can't wait to give it a try. I do have a question however. It is possible that the clog is at the supply tank into the vein as opposed to at the print head?
Hi I followed your instructions and now the 2 colours I cleaned dont print at all. What do you suggest?
Sorry, I have a chestion, when the cleaning is finished the ink how it come to the printer head ? Because when I cleaning there is then cleaning water in the tube and no ink, when I am finished.
When you do a power cleaning it pushes all the ink into the system.
@@BestPrinters Thank you
What is in the fluid, please? Is that something we can replace ourselves?
TIA
Yes you will need to run a printhead cleaning until the color returns.
@@BestPrinters ok thanks so much! Im waiting for the kit. Fingers crossed it works! 🤞
Directions were great followed them to the T. But I am now having issues with the one that I cleaned. The cartridge will not refill again. Any tips on correcting that?
Yes run a power cleaning after using the kit.
I just used this after having dry printer heads and it worked perfectly.
I did this and I so far printed 200 pieces of paper and I still don't have any black ink coming out
Well, most recently, I’ve had printer problems and tried to clean again but can’t get the colors to print. I’m buying a new printer and not the Epson
I am so glad to hear that!
Hi… thanks for posting this. I followed your tutorial and it work great except now my prints and very feint/wishy washy… like the ink has been diluted… any advice please 🙏
Repeat the process with the kit and also run a power cleaning.
How long does it take to have all your colors print?
It really depends.
Hey, am I supposed to do a power clean or something after doing this because now that I have flushed the blue, I’m getting no blue at all :/
Now that the cartridge is empty how long does it to draw ink from the reservoir? Right now my black and cyan are blank
it may need to go through a few manual cleaning cycles through the system before it's back to normal
I ordered one of these kits from Amazon, but sadly FedEx lost it in transit (as usual). Hopefully they find it and send it to me for my older Brother printer.
Hey man message me directly, click on Best Printers on my listing page and I will get you a replacement.
I have the Epson ET-2720 and the top glass does not lift up so I can't get to the print nozzles. All the colors stopped working. Is there any way to fix this printer?
Yes you will need to remove the screws around the glass scanner to reach the printhead.
If everything is coming out just a blue color will I need 4 kits to clear out the each color.
That's normal. You only need one kit maybe one additional if you need more solution.
If you didnt allow 24 hours to dry it may have shorted. Now you should wait another 24 hours before trying to power on again.
Warm up the cleaning solution.
Now you will need to run a power cleaning. That will push the ink back into the system.
i did used print head cleaning but needle still hard to press and not full yet. Looks like under hole blocks?
If you remove the plastic cartridges you can clean the nozzles directly.
Help please with my epson et-2750. My cayan is printing green. I've done head
cleaning & power clean. What els can I do
Hi there, is it normal that after doing your procedure my printer is printing blank sheets?? can you advise? Thanks!
That is very normal after doing a power cleaning it will come back to standard printing
Cleaning went well. I cleaned all the four inks. Although it started to work with anemic results, as I printed, the ink almost completely disappeared. It seems that the ink is not coming to the print head. What can I do to fix this? Tks
Hermes, is correct.
How did you get the top lid to flip all the way back for access?? Mine doesn't go back that far.
Keep pushing it back gently. It gets stuck a bit.
@@dillorado I\ll give it a try again...I would up just taking the top off from the left side
Will the cleaning kit work with an Epson 2720. Also my problem seems to have occurred when I overfilled the magneta and now I can only print back or pink. Any suggestions?
The cleaner should help.
Have you changed your cleaning kit? I clicked on the direct link in your video and was taken to Amazon which showed Best Printers cleaning kit. I was sent a generic version with parts that clearly do not fit each other.
All the parts fit.
Thanks!
You bet!
Many many thanks for this excellent, clear and well filmed video.

How do I lift the top to get to the printhead?
Tabs on the sides
Brandon
I have this printer and i have a question when I print a photo when it comes out there are white lines in the photo is there a setting for this or should I clean the way you did with the cleaner...or should I get an extra lazer printer for photos...thanks
Hey Rick, yes so try going into your settings on your computer and make sure it is set to print on photo paper. If it already is then this kit will help with the problem.
Will this work with sublimation ink also?
Absolutely.
Print anything and while it is printing unplug the printer. I know it sounds crazy but I have done it with no problems many many times. Its the best way to get it done.
@@BestPrinters i wondered about that. will try right now. Thx for the tip will let you know..
Hi, i was able to clean it out as per video and it still doesnt print magenta. Any ideas?
Gracias!
Hey. So i did this now its not sucking any new ink from tank. What after the video how will the ink return in the cartridge head as its all flushed with clean solution
Use the power cleaning function.
started out yellow and cyan not working. used the kit and nothing prints, used the kit again the next day and black and magenta print but very faint. My tanks are all full and never below half. Any other suggestions?
Yes, run a power cleaning always after using the kit.
Tried that and only black prints. All ink is full
I had filled the ink wells and then found that the colours were faint. By flushing/cleaning as per your video do i lose all the ink that was in the wells?
Yes
Really appreciate this... well-done video that I could follow along with. My Cyan is totally clogged!
Great to hear!
Hey buddy, I flushed all of my print heads and did all the steps you recommended but it is barely printing the colors, they are real light. At least the black used to work but now it barely prints too. Can you tell me what I did wrong? Thanks!
Ok, so now you need to run a power cleaning and you should be all set.
Thank you brother, my printer works like new! You saved me $150.@@BestPrinters
I have an issue in that my black ink will simply not go into the reservoir! It's been fine before, now I turn it upside down & it will not drip into the tank. I have the Epson ET-2750. Any help will be appreciated, thanks!!
Run a power cleaning.
Hi, I just saw your video. A very good attempt to help people. I want to ask you if you could help me fix my printer problem please. It is printing haphazardly in portions of the page.
Hi! Yes you will need to do this cleaning.
When our ink supply on the ET 2750 is completely full we get an error message that warns "low ink please check ink levels." every time we print. test printing looks ok.
I purchased the kit and did exactly what this video showed. Did a power clean afterward and now my cyan color will not even print?
Try doing the cleaning with the kit again and this time warm up the solution.
I warmed the solution and still nothing. Before running this product I was getting lines at least but now nothing.
Do you know how to get all the ink out??
after going through this procedure, none of the colors work, the tanks have never been below 3/4 full. wondering if the clog is somewhere before the cartridge
It is more likely in the actual printhead.
@@BestPrinters so do you think I should run more solvent through the cartridges or the actual printhead? I was wondering too if a clog in the cartridge wasnt allowing for ink to by siphoned into the cartridge, I ordered new cartridges to see if that would help.
How do I order the cleaning kit
Can I change the ink to sublimation ink on this epson
Yes, but you have to flush out the old ink.
Are you no longer selling this kit. It shows unavailable on Amazon.
Thanks for letting me know, here is the new link: geni.us/wArXsZT
So after the flushing, what about the left over cleaning solution? Will it containment the rest of the ink when it starts to fill the print head chamber?
No just run a power cleaning and it will be flushed out.
@@BestPrinters Its no longer clogged, its not sucking ink from the ink bay. and i know thats not clogged cause i used the syringe to and pushed air and it bubbled the ink.
i can put the ink bottle in the top and squeeze and Ink will flow but thats it and still wont print or pull ink from the ink bay
where does all this fluid go ? does,nt it flood the bottom of the printer unit.
It is soaked up by the paper towel you place at the bottom.
