This works like a charm! Video instructions were great. Used on EPSON WF-2760. The printer wouldn't hardly print black at all and the head cleaning option on the printer wasn't helping. Prints like new after cleaning! Thanks! Definitely saved me buying a new printer!

This worked great for me. I let my black ink get too low. Black was not printing at all. I flushed the black nozzle with 40 ml of the solution. I had to run the print head nozzle check about 5 times and it works perfect now. Thank you for the video!!

I was skeptical, but this worked! I cleaned out each head like 3-4 times each since the printer had been sitting for like 5 years without being touched. You saved me a lot of money and stress of having to get a new printer. :)

Don't forget to clean the cradle on the right. When the printer is off & locked the print head stays over this small tray and that's where the goo stays. No matter how clean your print head is it will sit in the goo when you turn off = recontaminating the head. Finally mine is working again- that was the problem.

Don’t buy a workforce printer by Epson, save yourself the agony. Goes through tons of ink and half time doesn’t work
Simply run the "Print Head Cleaning" menu option in settings->maintenance. No need to open the machine or use any cleaning liquid. Here is the Epson tech support page: epson.com/faq/SPT_C11CH42201~faq-00007f9-et2720?faq_cat=faq-topFaqs#

Great, make sure to do the printhead cleaning via the maintenance option after using the kit.
Will be giving this a try. I have two Epson workforce printers that have both suddenly stopped printing from the black ink cartridges. Print head cleaning in the maintenance mode and new cartridge replacements have not helped one bit. I really like these printers for their other features but printing issues are a real problem. If this doesn't help they are both going in the trash and I will be buying a different brand printer. Will follow up after I attempt the cleaning process outlined in the video.

Thank you so much. You really helped me clean the print head. Sadly the Black was solid. So i had Buy a new one from China. You helped install and uninstall the parts. Epson don't sell parts. Sadly.. but will fix a printer for £118 and parts are extra. so I went to china. No parts are sold from Epson which I think is terrible. Not only for the environment but charging for an engineer to come out and look at it and tell you it needs a new print head. is crazy. i'm glad I could get a reconditioned part for £45 and then install it. I used Brother & HP printers all my life. Never had an issue. Purchased an Epson printer for a change. There has been an issue every single time I use it. They suck so bad. Never again
I am not enjoying my Epson 7710 at all, but at least this worked.
I bought new 4 pack of ink, tried changing black cartridge, "not recognized" tried it over and over, nothing.
now what?? can't get it to the maintenance setting, jusst keeps saying change black ink. I bought the XL cartridges, and probably printed 30 pages blk, over 2 months and now no ink??? sucks

I have the WF-2760 which I have had for about 2-3 years. Mine worked fine then I went out of town for 9 months and when I came home and tried to use it it wouldn't put any color on the paper. None of the inks were low. I tried the print head cleaning option on the computer and that didn't help. I had 2 HP printers before and each one worked for about a year and a half and stopped working. I will not buy another HP printer. I use a printer maybe 1-3 times a week to print receipts for a purchase or maybe a document. Is there a printer that you recommend that isn't a piece of junk and is reliable for several years of light-duty printing? Thanks for the video and take care.

Yes it should, use about 5 ml per nozzle per cleaning. There are 100 ml. in the cleaning solution bottle.
Hello, I just bought another one of these because my old 2750 will not communicate anymore with my computer. The so called new 2750 I bought already had in cartridges installed and will not show any ink on the pages even though it prints and shows ink levels are good. Is the ink possibly hardened in the nozzle? I'm actually trying to return the unit but if I get stuck with it I would want to try and repair it. Thanks!

Can you help me? I have a brand new Epson WF7710. I switched between the factory print cartridges to refillable cartridges with sublimation ink and now the printer won't print any colors including black. The vents are open. Please help.

@@BestPrinters Hate to do this in public, but the tubing never arrived with the kit. Returning it wasn't an option since I already had my client's printer. I'm sure you've fixed the problem by now.
ran the nozzle check first and what printed looked good with no evidence of ink issues. Thus did not waste ink with the head cleaning. BUT it prints totally blank sheets-------makes no sense, any thoughts?
Ok so I took the inks out because the black ink isn't working. Now when I removed the ink cartridge, the 'nozzle' that pierces the ink for the black ink is GONE. I just got this printer from someone, is there a fix where I can get a new tip? The other 3 inks have them just like yours.

no you're on the right track now you just need to make sure you have full ink and run multiple printhead cleanings/deep cleanings
@BestPrinters still having issues... all new cartridges... yellow and magenta print great... black and cyan ok....lots of lines... keep printing only the 2 colors, cleaning the heads... now black and cyon don't work at all....keep repeating the processes.. not getting any better....any other suggestions?
I use my Epson XP 340 about twice a month for one sheet of paper. Its been out of black ink for about a year and I was just printing in red. I installed all new cartridges and now it wont print black. Maybe I need this cleaning.

I tried everything, it just won't work. And DON'T try a replacement cartridge that isn't Espon either... No matter how much you spend it will never work
@@diziblonde1860 I tried everything myself. Even the genuine cartridge does not work. I never had any problems until it ran out of ink. I was told to never let these cartridges run completely out before you replace them. I just gave up because I spent more money on the cartridges then the actually printer. I'm just going paperless.
I have the wf2750 printer I got refillable cartridges and put them in and it didn’t reset the ink to fill. How do I fix that. It is also printing black pages
Removed scanner feeder to fix jam, but now can’t get tiny plug (3 pins) back in. Any ideas?

didn't work--in fact, after pushing in cleaning fluid, not even a trace of black after printing--what to do?
You may need to do this cleaning several times and remember to do a deep cleaning after you use the kit. Many times this doesn't work on the first try but be patient and ultimately as long as you're not getting any error codes. This should solve the problem.

I have a WF-2750 Epson printer.When I turn it on the cartridge bar barely moves and then it makes a clicking sounds and automatically turns off the printer. It won't stay on to do anything.

I also suggest increasing the exposure a little when editing because photos will print a little dark if you do not.If you follow these steps to edit your photos prior to printing, your photos will look too bright and too blue on your phone but they will print perfectly.Highly recommend!

The water goes on a paper towel placed underneath the printhead.
I had a full black cartridge and needed to print 22 article.
22 pages came out blank and printer gave me a message that I needed to replace black ink. Wtf
It won let me go to maintanace ...just another rip off printers if you ask me
I hate this printer too. I bought it bc it had a scanner and fax but it runs through ink like crazy. Now that this COVID quarantine is going on and we have to home-school I have to print kids´ homework and not much else, but still I´m going through ink like nobody´s business. Unfortunately I ran the ink cartridge dry to take advantage of every drop and now having printing issues with black ink. I wish I knew this before. Don´t buy this printer!

These printers and the ink they use are terrible. It guzzled my blue cartridge minutes after changing it, only to find out it leaked in the printer.

I will NEVER buy and EPSON again. It's been a drag since I pulled it out of the box. Way too much maintenance for nothing. Back to HP.
Terrible machine. Out of paper errors, out of paper errors while spitting out empty a4s. Won't print black when colour cartridges are empty. If it finally prints there is hardly any ink on the paper. Unbelievable that a company releases a product like this in these digital times.
