    Sir, memu lrs ki apply chesanu 2017 year lo. Appatlo lrs application ni reject chesaru. Ma land lo govnt land survey number add ayyindhi. noc district collecterate ofce nundi thisukoni ramannaru. Sir, ofce ki velthe ila memu okko plot ki survey cheyamu, maku hmda nundi proceedings ravali ani cheppi pampincharu. Hmda ki velthe akkada evaru respond avvatledhu. Sir ilanti situation lo memu em cheyyali. Website lo status rejected ani unde sir last year, ippudu status marcharu proposed rejection ani. Emaina advice ivvagalara.

    సార్ ఇల్లు కట్టడానికి ఒకసారి మున్సిపాలిటీ పర్మిషన్ తీసుకున్నతర్వాత పరిస్థితులు బాగాలేక ఇల్లు కట్టకుండ ఉండి , రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ లో కుటుంబసభ్యుల పేరు మార్పిడి జరిగితే , ఇల్లు కట్టడానికి మళ్లీ పర్మీషన్ తీసుకోవాలా దయచేసి చెప్పండి సార్ . Sir, once the permission of the municipality is taken to build a house, if the conditions are not good and the house is not built and the name of the family member is changed in the registration, please tell me if I need to get permission to build the house again, sir.

      Not required if ur plot is in approved layout nad plot falls in unapproved layout u have to take lrs

    అసలు HMDAకు బుర్ర లేదు. మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ లో 10,000 వరకు తప్పులు ఉన్నాయ్. వాటిని కరెక్ట్ చేయలేక చేతులు ఎత్తేశారు. ఇంతకు ముందు KTR మూడునెలల్లో మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ Rectify చేస్తామని అన్నారు. ఐదు ఏండ్ల తరువాత KCR కూడా మూడునెలల్లో మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ Rectify చేస్తామని అన్నాడు. ఇప్పటి వరకు చేయలేకపోయారు. అదే తప్పులతడక మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ తోటి LRS చేస్తామని అంటున్నారు. LRS దరఖాస్తుల పరిశీలన సమయంలో, ఒకటి తరువాత మరొకటి కారణం చెబుతూ, రిజెక్ట్ చేస్తున్నారు.
    ఉదా:
    1) మొదటి సారి: ULC లేదని No objection certificate ఇవ్వమని అడిగాడు.
    2) చెరువు శిఖం పరిధిలో ఉంది. ఇరిగేషన్/రెవెన్యూ శాఖ నుండి NOC అడుగుతారు.
    3) NALA సర్టిఫికెట్ అడుగుతారు.
    4) రోడ్డు పక్కన రోడ్డు చూపించారు (ఇండ్ల మీది నుంచి, ప్రైవేట్ ప్లాట్స్ మీది నుంచి చూపించారు). పోయినసారి సగం రిజెక్ట్ చేసారు, ఈసారి జనాలాలకు చుక్కలు కనిపిస్తాయి.
    5) ఈ దెబ్బతో TRS ప్రభుత్వా0 ఖాతం

    Land Regularisation Scheme.
    If u say something has to be regularized it means it was irregular activity first. Who is the first culprit in doing that irregular activity? The land developer or the builder. He made an unauthorised layout and sold the plots. Got benefited too. He is the first culprit. You may say 2nd culprit is registratio n office, 3rd culprit is panchayat office and so on. Punish the first culprit for his irregular act. Let government force him to pay total LRS amount. In registered saledeed there is his commitment (statement) " if any dispute arises on this plot i will rectify it". Why not u lawers take it up as a PIL and sue the benefited culprit?

      పర్మిషన్ ఎన్ని నెలల వరకు ఉందొ చూడండి.ఆ గడువు దాటితె అప్లై చేయాలి.స్ధలం వేరే పేరుకి బదిలి అయితె ఆ వ్యక్తి మరలా apply చేయాలి
