Please understand the concept of LRS and raise the voice. 14% open charges till 2019 LRS is based on market value at the time of purchase land. In 131 GO is 14% is based on the 2020 market value. Those common man who bought plot >10 years then it is not possible to pay the hefty money to KCR. KCR makes the people to fool until realize. KCR gave free money to big people using Raitu bandu. I know lot of people took those stay other countries. Government take money from poor people and give it to big people. 14% on Market value is not at all possible to common man. every one has to raise the voice instead of advertisement of their business. KCR is making fools to all Telangana people.

If 20 feets roads are there in the lay out ,to make 30 feet roads the entire all plots should be reduced according to pro rata basis.please take to the concerned officials.
For example you have a 100 sq yard plot and the govt land value is 2000 per sq yards. Then you are in 0-3000 category So calculation is be like; 200 in rupees ( per sq yard ) why 200 in rupees because you are in less than. 100 sq yard category * 100 (land area) so 200*100= 20000 (basic regularization charges) So on 20000 you will be charge 20 % as shown in the table and that cost you Around 4000 And additionally if your plot layout Does not have 10 % open space then you will charge additionally 14% on land value

Is there any option to find an LRS number on registration documents? If it's not under LRS, then why SRO did registration? It's the government's fault. After registration of 10-15 years, why now LRS? My Question is: 1. Do i need to pay the LRS again? 2. If not how can i check the LRS copy which he gave us is genuine? 3. Do i need to get the ULC Certificate as well?
